Burns thinks it's his job to explain wtf is going on to others, and not decide policy himself. And China is the biggest challenge.
Not much else of interest here imo.
I guess McFaul suggested nobody was much good at predicting stuff; and Burns suggested that not everyone is so clueless on where events are headed; although maybe he can't predict the day and the hour.
And Burns was asked about working with tech firms or informing voters, it was affirmative to the former; while the idea of working to inform voters must not have been worth a reply.
