@@14daroad One way of starting is doing something small. I have become aware that food that I would routinely throw away is a great joy when received by someone in need. My point is that it doesn't have to cost one a lot to help someone that has great needs - just a bit of thought and inconvenience.
Even if we have very little we can help another with a bit of what we have and the world will be better. I don’t boast when I can help but my heart feels good when I can. Praise Yah. He who helps the least of these helps me -Yahusha

Two things I do in the morning when a get up and get ready to go to work. 1. Drink my coffee 2. Watch one of this videos They fill me up with joy and happiness. Makes me appreciate my job, my life and those that I love. Thank the Lord for his daily bread and for his son Jesus that gives me my salvation.
Drinking water instead of Coffee will keep the Dr. away, it's true! But if you like physical pain, lethargy, headaches etc then carry on with your coffee breakfasts. Breakfast is about breaking a fast!
You can see how much the sons emotions had changed.. he looked so down and could see the despair in his face... and by the end he was so happy, smiling non stop.... he def felt the impact of your actions and that even when things seem to be at the worst, life works in mysterious ways..
