Nice video Molly and Shane. Went by the farm Sunday on our way up to Pemaquid for a beach day. The fields are looking great ! It sure has been a great growing year thus far! It’s amazing how fast things change from day to day in the gardens. Looking forward to seeing the next video
Happy 4th Miss Molly and Shane. And your team on the Farm. Potatoes blossoms are so beautiful! Hope you have lots of Honey Bees! Even on your corn. Sorry to hear of the fox attack. But it was really sweet too to see how they all came together to welcome your little baby back home. ❤
Hi Molly and Shane Great drone footage and a little bit of this and that!. Lol Ducks and chickens eating grass are great to watch! Beautiful watching everything grow from above in the drone footage! Enjoy your day!
Molly, great video and good to see the duck run to her old friends. Please look at the skies at 10:02 of the video. I hope all can see that this is so far from normal. Thanks.
Great drone footage…so much green, an absolute sea of green. Corn fields as well they look great when I saw how good your corn is doing I thought of Taylor and her boss, they finally got the corn seed planted but you could see the field needed a lot more prep but they were running out of time so they needed to plant. But what a blessing that you haven’t had to irrigate yet.
It was a beautiful video. The white flowers the sky rows of corn and the beautiful host. Very educational I never knew that about the hair on the corn. I always learn something new. ❤
I was shocked this year when we had local sweet corn in northern Ohio for the Fourth of July. Usually it’s mid to late July. Boy things are going to get busy there soon. Amazing that you can provide us with videos. Looking forward to the high volume corn and bean picking! 🤔🥰
Northern Missouri everything is about two weeks ahead it seems. But then we got rain about 2o April set us back about 2 to 3 weeks. Field corn is tasseling.
Thank you for sharing Molly ,I am in Ireland 🇮🇪 and a small farmer with 40 acres and also semi retired from construction and have to say how much I love your beautiful farm its just incredible and so flat. I really hope you have a great harvest and I will continue to watch. Much love from Ireland 🇮🇪
The potatoes in blossom are especially impressive. I agree with you that the Androscoggin is a beautiful river. Just today we discussed when sweet corn would be ripe. Nice to see how far along it is. Always enjoy your videos, Molly. We have a red Fox living close by, he goes through our backyard nearly daily. Today he was carrying a squirrel back to the den. It looks like a male, no sign of mammary glands, and we’ve seen no kits. Our cat stays indoors. We’re seeing a lot of bluebirds this summer.
Hi Molly Shane, thanks for taking us alone great to see how things are growing and coming along great nice to see how full the fields are 3/4 weeks and the corn will be in good luck
Another phenomenal video ! Amazing at how fast things change. And thanks for showing all the hard work and long hours you all put in. Never a dull moment on the farm for sure. Keep up the great job and thanks for sharing. And the education in corn was.was awesome. Hope you have a great week, D
Just found your channel awesome videos can't wait for Sweet corn harvest never seen it done keep up the awesome work I'm from just south of the thumb of Michigan we have a lot of carrots and lettuce and onions here
The money shots are these drone videos for sure. You really get the right perspective what 100 acres looks like and actually how large of an area that number means....LUV IT!! Thank u!
Great video Molly and Shane! The "100" looks beautiful from the drone! Everything looks happy! Happy hard working farmers! Keep up the good job! Now that you've reached celebrity status..... it can only get bigger! Stay happy and keep the updates coming! Cluck-Cluck-Cluck😃😁🐵
The beauty of the fields in Auburn are looking bright ,colorful and vibrant.. from seedlings to now shows the hard work that everyone has done.. beautiful!! Love all you who make this happen….QUACK QUACK to your new addition
Hi Molly. Give your fence a liberal coat of linseed oil. Easily applied with a bug or weed pump sprayer. Work's wonders and it's relatively inexpensive to other wood treatment products.
Really interested in the sweet corn harvest. I’ve eaten a lot of it but have no idea how a larger grower gets it to the consumer’s hands. Absolutely stellar drone footage, Thanks!
Great video Molly and Shane. I grew up in desert region of Arizona so it’s nice to see your farm and so knowledgeable. The ducks were happy to see their friend.
Hey Molly and Shane. Another great episode updating your viewers on crop growth progress and preparations for harvest. With all of your past episodes showing field tillage and plantings, I cannot hardly wait to see the start of the harvesting processes! Thank you for another visit to your work days and for the tour of the crop fields! Please stay safe!
Loved this video! It's amazing how fast the corn can grow and how self-sufficient the corn plant is. I didn't know how the tassels are the pollinators and the silk was attached to carry the pollen directly to the heart of the corn. three weeks to go to harvest time. Really looking forward to see the harvest video, if you're so inclined to share. Thank you for sharing blooming field as well. It's very beautiful. I hope you have a very profitable harvest season it's been very exciting to see the progress this year. Have a great day. 😊
Apparently, over 50% of farming is MAINTENCE AND REPAIRS! Funny the duck had a welcoming committee waiting. :=). Looks like a bountiful harvest this year. Well Done!
It is always neat for me to hear about what’s going on around the world! I still find it crazy that people actually want to watch me farm! And like you, you are so far away. Thank you so much for the support!!!
@@BellsFarming how are you doing welcome to see you you're a hard-working woman and real sexy plus like a princess keep up the good work Mamita you are the best you have a private chat to talk to you private page for a friend request Boo Thank you.
Interesting to see the variation in flowering across the potato varieties. I assume early flowering varieties will mature first. I was surprised that there was no top cover on the poultry yard. The seed companies I worked with used s cob picker to harvest their seed because the needed to control the seed drying.
Yes the blossoms are beautiful and it is neat to see the different plantings and varieties mature at different times. I’m doing ok with my predictors. I have lost birds. But it’s not at night. It’s during the day while they free range. Hawks and eagles I think. One fox at night so far.
Un believable that you get that much rain. I have Run irrigation Every week. And you are only an hour away. We did get hail a few weeks ago. But not much rain. Running 4 pivots today. In our 380 acre field in limington
Wow! We have been getting enough rain. I mean they would probably want a little more between rains. But it’s not enough to get all the stuff going. Rain again today and tomorrow. Good luck!! What are you growing
I used to be able to tell the variety of potatoes by the color of their blossoms. White was round whites like Kennebecs and Katahdins lavender blossoms were russets.
I just got some fresh sweet corn from my friend Danny Krowicki’s down in South Jersey off cr539 New Egypt. Unfortunately he just lost his wife so he’s a little behind planting 2nd crop beans after the wheat harvest on the 4th of July.
Molly baby corn is used for stir fry. i use it all the time just saying hahaha really good gives a great crunch with stir fry add snow peas or sugar snap peas a little red pepper and yellow bell for color and wow some duck sauce awesome.add chicken piece or thin slices of beef great meal. and don't forget the yellow onions......
I loved it when the duck returned to her original flock and was warmly greeted. It made me smile. Thanks.
Yaay. Ducky back home. Home sweet home. Ducky seemed so ecstatic to be home. Life is great again.
The more jobs you do is amazing and just increases my admiration for the strong woman you are!
Again, EXCELLENT drone footage!! We hear "100 Acre Field", yeah, that's a lot!! But to see 100 Acres, whoa THAT's a lot!!!

The thing about farming is you have to be a jack of all trades. You always have to fix something.
Farming definitely isn't for those who shy away from hard work!! Somethings always happening!

Deer in your corn...where I am on the Westcoast here in BC's interior it's bears that like to chow down on corn and they can make a mess.
Luckily we do not have issues with bears! They are in Maine, but more north than us mostly.
Enjoyed the video.
