The house has curb appeal and a good entry foyer. The living room gas fireplace and the kitchen stove vent hood are both a bit oversized. There are not many upper cabinets in the kitchen, but there is a pantry closet. My concerns are just with details, as the basic plan seems sound.
Cute little home. I would eliminate some of that porch on the side making the home wider. Plus, for those that live in colder climates, plumbing on an outside wall is not a good idea.

Great outdoor space. House is cute, but I prefer an open floor plan, especially in a small house.

Would make side porch in to a 3 season room and add a door to get to back yard.
Nice 2 BR, 1.5 bath home. Not the open concept I am looking for but still a nice home for its 800 sq ft.
