I love how excited these pokemon collectors get after finding out they just paid triple the cost for every card in the pack. I been watching a few of these types of videoss and i kinda want to go buy a bunch of the booster packs n just sit on them for a few years
It's the rush😂😂😂 I use to collect Pokemon cards. I have at least 100 packs(unopened) in my old room at my parents house. Some guy online offered me 8k cash for all of them.
The TCG guys remind me of the Modern Art collectors sometimes💀. It'd be funny if they found out how we scan packs, but I don't they ever will. That or they'll assume it's "too expensive" to do.
When it comes to pokemon tcg i never see anyone that buys expensive packs or sealed boxs ever get more than they spent. At the same time someone has to open them at a loss for money for any of it to circulate around so its important that there are people who jusr genuinely want to collect and open and dont care about the money as much
Do people seriously not understand that these RUclipsrs make far more money from the video than the cards they pull? The cards are literally just a bonus.
This is why opening retro pokemon packs is a terrible investment. For this to make financial sense he needs to be pulling one of those 16 k psa 10 cards every 10 packs. The pot odds just aren't there.
Talk about trying to look at the glass half full. These single pack openings have like a 5% chance of guving a return at or above the resale cost. Even if you hit on a big card, it could still rate poorly and not be worth nearly what these video's are showing the card price at.
Wish someone told me these cards were gonna be worth alot when i was younger 🤨Me and mates would have never flicked them on the road and damp grass to see whos would go the furthest 🤣🤣
Those cards won't be even able to buy you a meal once the world goes to 💩 and ppl are struggling to feed their families and survive. Gold and silver will tho 👌

Still crazy to me how someone kept that in mint condition for like 25+ years!!! Crazy
Silly to assume it would be a psa 10, usually LC pack fresh is psa 9.
If you do the pack trick, then possibly PSA 7-8
The more i watch pokemon openings ive realized the asking price on unsealed packs is outrageous
Gave himself the full credit of a PSA 10 automatically 😂😂😂 Dude, you lost $1600. My heart breaks for you.
These packs being that expensive is just crazy
My man really jammin out to some Fisher.
If that pack retails for $1700 it's best to not open it. This video is why.
