Random knowledge drop - the Mayan Monkey in the opening shot is actually where Senor Frog's used to be. And even that one wasn't the first - the original Senor Frogs was way further up on the Hotel Zone almost across from Hotel Casa Maya, with Carlos N' Charlie's next door. Then Senor Frog's moved here, then down to where Dady Rock was (a smallish club next to Dady O), and finally across the street to its current location, which was previously - wait for it - a Carlos N' Charlie's. Yeah, I've been coming to Cancun for awhile...
If you are staying at a resort there will be an area selling packages. If your walking in the hotel zone you’ll see small stands selling packages too. If you’re on the beach there will be people walking around selling packages too. But do do your research there is some scammers out there.
@@lifeofbear9115 I’ll be in a Airbnb in the hotel zone I’ll go to the stands. And the scuba center this is my first time ever going to Mexico or being outside the country
To be honest I didn’t use any. But I’m sure they are some around. There are a few banks in the area, I’m sure they’ll one. Also I know some of the resorts do have atm’s available.

I just looked up some of the spots up on google maps and went back as far as 2009 and saw all the changes. Crazy how every changes!!!
Lovely weather!!
It was a beautiful day!
Hello
thank you so much. Im glad to know the party district is close to the resort!!
You’re very welcome!
Thank you for this, the gentleman at the beginning offering you excursions was it cheaper do you know and safe?
From what I have seen most of the excursions are similar in price. I would check TripAdvisor.com for up to date reviews.
Was the INTERCONTINENTAL PRESIDENTE CANCUN RESORT close to the area you were walking ? Hotel zone?
Looks to be a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel zone.
Where to find the excursions ? I’m looking scuba dive, snorkel, jet ski, zip line, cenotes, atv

@@Icy_Tho how exciting!!! Try looking up Cancun groups on Facebook. It’s a really good way to get people’s opinions and ideas for your trip.
@@lifeofbear9115 sweet! Doing it now!! Let you know how it goes! Do you think Airbnb is safe? I know it’s cheaper and I’ve seen reviews
@@Icy_Tho how did it go?
What was the closest resort to the hotel zone? Nice video.
The closest one I’ve stayed in was the Krystal. They have to options you choose from and they are very close to the HZ.
Was the resort that stayed in wheelchair accessible or were there only steps?
Royalton had ramps for wheel chairs and getting to all the restaurants was easy using the elevator.
How do you know where the buses stop? Or do they stop once you flag them?
There are bus stops all up and down the strip. You'll be able to see them they'll have benches and bus signs.
Bus stops are everywhere and are clearly marked, but most of them will just randomly stop for you and others if you're in a group.
do you know if there is a hotel by cancun airport
Yes there is a few right outside the airport. A Comfort inn, Courtyard, and Fairfield inn.
Did you see any casinos nearby?
There is one called Red Casino and it's in the Lobby of the Grand Oasis Cancun. I personally haven't been, so I can't really tell you how it is.
atms alot nearby??

do not leave the hotel zone ever
It's good to get out sometimes. Downtown is full great food.
