HA HA .....your T-Rex got all pissed off when he realized your Ice Bat was trying to hide the meat from him....and then he realized all the peas where also in on that scheme.
My interpretation was more like T-rex still thought Ice Bat still had it but the peas snuck it away.
lol
BeatTheBush Hey, can you do a credit review on the following credit cards:
Alliant Credit Union cash signature credit card
Blispay visa credit card
Fort Knox Federal credit union platinum cash rewards credit card
Golden1 Credit Union platinum cash rewards credit card
Vantage West Credit Union connect cash signature credit card
The aforementioned credit unions anyone can join! The aforementioned "esoteric" credit cards have cash back rewards that surpass the mainstream bank credit cards.
"The aforementioned "esoteric" credit cards have cash back rewards that surpass the mainstream bank credit cards."....Oh really? will have to check them out...
White Kita the New cash king Alliant Credit Union cash signature credit card it gives you unlimited 3% cash back on everything for the first year 2.5% cash back on everything thereafter, $59 annual fee is waived for first year, no foreign transaction fees, anyone can join.
Instead of setting up Amazon to charge you $5/mo. (what is that even? like, what am I getting for $5?), set up all your already existing smaller monthly automatic charges (for me it would be Netflix, Microsoft, McAfee, and even my car insurance) on your credit card. You're still doing auto-pay, just through your credit card, and you build your credit without doing anything you wouldn't normally do anyway.
Any recurring payments on a monthly basis is fine. I choose that one because it's small and it will likely last many years to come. Insurance might change if you change carrier. The $5 is a credit which you use to buy stuff on amazon.
BeatTheBush Oh ok, never heard of doing that on Amazon. Thanks :)
Thanks to you btb I finally got my 1st cc. I use to be scared of using one. Now with the right knowledge and understanding, I do not even feel that way. I am building my credit😌
For a lot of people with credit card issues, I think the mindset change is often necessary. You aren't spending money when you pay the bill, you're spending money when you charge the credit card. Budgeting system like what YNAB use is very helpful at teaching the right mindset. Regardless, it's an awesome tip!
I really wonder if a chronic spender can really just change into a responsible one through budgeting apps. We're talking about those in the danger zone of easily getting into credit card debt. Well, hopefully this method will work for those with a bit less self control while shopping.
Some compulsive spender should never hold a credit card and your video is very helpful for those. I don't think they are that many though. I believe many irresponsible spenders are just the result of the consumer culture and the poor financial education, and most of them can learn to be responsible with right tools.
Really cool shirt, for outdoors you can combine that shirt with your white glasses, I know this comment is not related to the topic but looking good feels good.
Sadly I don't know where my white sunglasses went! Ahhh well, it was free anyway, maybe I'll find it soon. Been ironing my shirts I haven't worn in a while. I didn't really just buy them new, lol.
BeatTheBush best tip on ironing your shirts, iron them while still wet from the washing machine. the water creates great steam and gets rid of wrinkles fast. if you have several to iron at the same time or you get interrupted while ironing, store the wet shirts in the freezer. water turns to ice and melts to create steam while ironing. i learned this tip while ironing my uniforms.
I started my credit history when i came to the USA and after 1 year my score is 800 with 5 credit cards and more than 50k in available credit.
How did you manage that? Care to share?
Nice one. I think you probably did it faster than anyone I have ever heard. =D Congrats!
thanks to all your advices !!!!
I have a card sitting idle... going to setup the $5 Amazon gift card recurring load right now! Thanks for the tip!
My son just turned 18. Im adding him to my credit card without him knowing. I have 800 credit score. Building his credit without him knowing.
Ha ha... he might try to apply for a credit card himself? He can know, I think he is not allowed to order himself a card even if he calls and askes.
This isn't what i expected lol. I was expecting use auto loans or something, but it's a neat trick
You can auto pay into anything that accepts a credit card. I selected something that is as stable as possible and would last more than 5 years.
BeatTheBush yea i meant i expected something other than credit cards that i didn't know about, like car loans or something. But this is still a good idea
I have been guilty of being very liberal with my credit card lol
That might really take a toll and really make you spend more, burn rate higher, etc.

*_You Have To Master Yourself_*
Eh? You mean have more control? A pretty hard thing to teach.
BeatTheBush Most Def!
5-10 years?! I just cancelled all of mine today and it felt so great to do it! No more worrying about accidental debt or "I'll just put it on my card." No thank you. I'm 24 and I'm saying goodbye to credit cards!
You need credit if you ever want to get a mortgage. There are other ways but it's harder to do. If you are predisposed to getting in debt, that might just be the right choice for you though.
I would rather see having one credit card you never bring with you that is on autopay. You use this to pay your recurring bills so it is hands off.
Am I the only one who noticed how the stuff animals moved around at the end of the video lol.
Lol... they do as they please. =D
Wait, so could I just hook all my subs up to one credit card and have my bank card pay off every month, then just let it go for two years and allow like all my subs to build it.
More great advice!! Thanks for sharing
Thanks! You're welcome. =D
Great advice. I prefer using cash. I may indeed use my CC as an auto pay for my cell bill and pay with my checking acct. Awesome!!! Thx!😊
Yes... if you do that and just forget about it then you get the best of both worlds without the danger of overspending with a card at a store.
I do this with my foundation/unused cards. Works well. I just check on them every few months.
Nice! Auto pilot is nice.
Another way to do this, for those leery about ignoring bills and are charitable, is to use the monthly donation function for many charities. Just set your monthly donation and let the autopay keep it paid. That way, if for whatever reason it does not go through, you won't get in trouble for missing a payment for a bill.
You mention that you charge 5 dollars on amazon account. Any reason for specifically 5 dollars? Can you do 1 dollar and get same result? Can you do 1 cent?
$5 is due to the min limit on automatic Amazon reloads. You cannot do $1 on Amazon unless you do it manually.
Marco Alccal those credit cards aren't popular i'm not saying because there not big banks like capitol1 i'm saying because there credit unions and not everybody belongs to a credit union. there just not for everybody. Now if you wanted a review
of First simmons and Lake Michigan credit card something everybody can apply for and is not a big bank this I can understand.
I hate automatic payment system, I’m for monitoring on my own.
I like auto pay a lot. It helps me not have to look at all the bills but I still do review time time to time.
I auto pay my cell phone and cable (internet only) bill with my card. I'm good at remembering to pay the card, I've had it for so many years now that the date is permanently stuck in my head.
Those two bills never change unless I caused a change. Especially right now with unlimited data, talk, text on most cell phones. I'm just bad at remembering to pay everything except that one card, so it's easier to do that, but I figured these bills would be good for other people also. Especially cell phone bills because they aren't really linked to a physical address, and won't get cancelled when you move.
Just have it charged to your card and setup auto pay on your card?
I've talked to housing finance guys and they said you basically can't get a mortgage without a credit score these days. You even often need years of income statements
You need 6 months worth of bank statements and 2 years of stable income to qualify normally. This is just to prove you can save enough every month which represents how much you can pay for the mortgage.
really thank u for this idea 😍😍
You're welcome!
great idea!
Your a genius!! Great video! :)
=D For those that need it to keep away from debt. =D
I've been bingeing on so many of your videos that I don't know if this is the "credit card video" that you were talking about using credit cards to build my credit score.
I'm afraid/don't want to pay the high interest of credit cards.
I got two credit cards:
One card I use to pay for my Netflix subscription
My other card I use to pay for my Vudu Subscription
I qualified for a 3rd credit card to pay for my yard service.
I'm going to try to get a few more cards and try that Amazon loading thing.
I buy from 'Wish' and the items are very cheap, especially clothes for the kids who are growing so fast these days. My eldest shoe size jumped from a '9' to a '11 1/2' in one year!
Seems like in those cases of growth, you might do well to buy something not as high quality and cheaper.
Whenever I go to the mall I leave my credit cards at home .... that way I won't be tempted to buy something I couldn't afford at the moment
That's one way to do it. What about at a random store and you happen to have cards?
BeatTheBush .... I can usually resist but depends on the store lol
Thanks, BTB!
=D
Fantastic Idea!!!
=D
Video idea: make a video on the cost analysis of young professionals (
I think my methods in how to improve cash flow works for anyone making more or less. It's just that the higher paying professionals will save faster while also getting more social pressure to spend more.
How do you start this Amazon account do you have a link ??
They move .... oh god ....
Lol... that appeared to have scared some people. =O
You must read the book the automatic millionaire by David L. Bach. You two give a lot of the same advice. Or maybe its just like minds. Nonetheless I love all your videos. Thank you so much for taking the time to teach. God Bless.
Will I just read the thing and just nod? Any non-overlapping advice you see since you read it already?
What’s the minimum amount I can set to reload and still keep my card active? I have 4 credit cards. $5 each for a year is $240. I don’t shop on amazon that much. Do you have any other suggestions?
I do something simmilar only with bills like car insurance. Then pay the card to 0 after monthly bills are done.
Set and forget type of deal. =D
I did lock all of them
Lock?
@BeatTheBush where did you buy your chairs at?
From amazon.... lol. Here: amzn.to/1naA8Bh
Does this still work if a credit card won't allow you to auto-pay Before the due date?
Why the dinosaurs is moving in the end of the video
Because his steak was taken from him.
BeatTheBush lol
No way! You love credit cards.
I do. Not everyone does. =D
With in the past seven months I have gotten two new credit card but they have not ran a credit inquiry why is that please tell me why
They should have, maybe it didn't appear on the credit bureau you checked. Did you look on ALL three major ones?
BeatTheBush yes I did look at all of them
this is a good system i use this system too is excellent
=D
Beatthebush are you going cover moviepass for 10 bucks a month. You can watch unlimited movies at theaters for 30 days
Never heard of it nor used it before. I suppose I should give it a try. Not many movies I want to watch though.
You should do make a video? How can this company make money. They pay ever money ticket you watch
In one of your recent videos you mentioned that you earn 27% interest on your investments. How do you do this?
Not 27% interest. 37% gain per year on my total Net Worth. This is explained in the net worth video.
Does having immediate debt with student loans
effect my credit score? Since I don't have a credit card yet?
Student loan is a type of credit and appears on your credit report. So yes. It will help actually as long as it's in good standing.
Thanks. :)
What do you mean when you say load the account so the card gets charged five dollars every month?
+hellojess Go on Amazon and do an auto reload of Amazon credit by charging your credit card.
BTB what do you think about Bitcoin??
Here is a tutorial on that here: ruclips.net/video/eeZ4V2Ka40Y/видео.html
thank you
do you have videos ABOUT cpn number?
I do not.
so you started out with a secured credit card ? I didn't but I had parents cosign the paper applications. I think I wish I was in your place getting a secured although I don't know which do you think is better a parent co singing an application while you save your money or an individual getting there own card but having to put down a deposit which do you think is better?
No, I started with an unsecured. Probably co-signing as it gives you a leg up with an unsecured. It skips a step of trying to go from secured to unsecured. Having secured cards does not look good on your credit report.
I miss understood what you said I see your like me you started out with an unsecured credit card.
so when you started out with credit cards did your first card have an annual fee? do you remember where you picked up that application?
I thought secured credit cards read the same on credit reports? example name of bank date opened
credit limit would be whatever you give the bank as a deposit, minimal payment just like unsecured credit cards do. most recent payment .?
How would you get an unsecured credit card before 18??
You cannot do that legally as you are required to be 18 to have a credit card.
Ethyl Ruehman If you’re under 18 then you can only be an authorized user on someone else’s credit card. Find someone who has a CC and ask to be an authorized user.
Since the fiasco with equifax, would it be wise to accept the pre-approved credit cards that I continue to get in the mail? Thanks!
It doesn't really have anything to do with each other. You can accept it if you want the card for your personal reasons. Hopefully not to borrow money of course.
BeatTheBush No, not to borrow. Just to have and build my credit history!
good Man
=D
nice shirt. where from?
This one is also from fashion district of korea. Got it from some random stall.
hi i have a question how much i can charge in amazon reload ,should i charge 2 dollars each month how much i should charge.
$5 a month is minimum for automatic reload. Manual reload is $0.50 minimum.
No auto pay of any type for me
Why not? You want to watch every dollar and make sure they charge you correctly I assume.
is a wells fargo secured card a good card to build on ?
Sure. No annual fee is better. Ability to change into unsecured better.
BeatTheBush ok thank you for all your help i was looking at one of the videos and one of was speaking not to use to many cards from one creditor and to change up so just confirming wich bank to use?
It doesn't really matter which one as long as it's reputable and they wont run away with your secured money.
thank you so much for your help!
5 or 10 years later lol
If you are going to set it and forget it, having that many years of on-time payments will do great for your credit report. All this without lifting a finger.
Pin 📍 me for no reason 😉
Eh?
