In this tank I used UNS Contrasoil. Its not my favorite but what I used.

led bulb from store with diffuser cut off. i used the same with him. buy from 50w to 150w for 30cmx30cm ( l x w ) and max h is 40cm.
that bulb can growth any plant you have.
