    I like how everyone is simply shitting on him because he hasn't won any major trophy yet. But they forget the sides he managed LOL. Every other side but Napoli isn't even worth mentioning, and while in Napoli, he's had a squad as big as 13 players in it, taking on Juventus who had twice as many players in their rotation with thrice as more talent in their legs. Yet Sarri still managed to came a very close second behind them in the league, which is so impressive! Can't really remember a coach who did that with the kind of quality he's had... Maybe Ranieri with Leicester, but that was a beautiful fairy tail, and Sarri is here to stay for sure! Trophies are coming to Chelsea!!!

      I never said that mate. I agree, Napoli had more quality, but I said Ranieri's Leicester was a beautiful fairy tale, and Sarri is hear for real, for some time I feel! But the quality of Napoli's players, not counting Sarri's influence was nowhere near the quality of Juventus, that's what I'm saying.

    I initially did not want Conte to leave as I am not a fan of Chelsea switching coaches so frequently. It harbours this cycle of players feeling they can slowly give less than 100% for the coach when they get tired of the person. Plus Conte did incredibly well and won a lot of Chelsea fans hearts.
    HOWEVER, I am a fan of this Sarri because for the first time Chelsea are trying to implement very attacking football which is something we have all loathed for and I am sure Abramovic was wanting this for years. Regardless if we don't win anything, I believe Chelsea can really build something here if we hold onto Sarri.
    As for players like Luiz, he says he prefers back 4 to back 3 but he needs a reality check. It was the back 3 in the first season of Conte's era which made him look like a rock again. So far this season Luiz has been the LIABILITY at the back 4. So he really needs to check himself and evaluate appropriately so that he can improve because I want him to do well. It seems he lacks concentration so often which makes him do silly things on the pitch. Things are on the up, we just need Morata to start performing and be a presence up top - if not we will need to fetch a good striker in January. I still have blues for the mighty Diego Costa :(((.

    ELITE MANAGER.
    He's literally our best signing for years. Praying Sarri's narrow and better build up pays off against Pep and Klopp, meaning we win - his speed is a lot faster than Pep's and it's direct.
    Christensen and Emerson needs to start, want Sarri to give all of our players Sarri ball and they can only learn by playing. Luiz is an absolute bum off the ball.
    Making Barkley world class, Hazard will finally be able to show what he's about. Best Premier League player by a huge distance.
    Would be hard to choose Sarri or Mou as my manager if I pursued football.
    Trophies aren't really arguments. Pep praised Napoli highly even when they beat them 4-2, Poch, Klopp, trophyless in the Prem and they're world class and linked with Barca for a reason.

Helps retain the ball, but Pep stretches his side and the players get overwhelmed, don't know who to mark, intercept, cover - hopefully his narrow football gets perfection and we can see a battle against Pep. I don't see Klopp in the mix of these two.

    Now I'm a Chelsea supporter so I was excited that Sarri came over to London, however we're yet to see Chelsea play brilliant football. Of course we need to be patient, I get that.
    But the main problem has got to be David Luiz as Chelsea have been repeatedly caught out by a decent side like Arsenal who only by a miracle of missed clear-cut chances didn't get at least a point at the Bridge. He simply isn't good enough to play for Chelsea - just watch the replay of the Newcastle goal and you'll understand what I'm talking about. He seems to have no commitment, passion or energy to defend like a proper centre back would.

      He plays Luiz because hes a different kind of defender, in a partnership they cant be both the same, Luiz is the defender who is comfortable with the ball and is good in the air while Rudigier is the faster physical defender

    • @moremusic99
      @moremusic99 5 лет назад

      @@cb7365 Look, I understand that Luiz is a ball-blaying player (personally I'd rather have him play as a midfielder) , but the problem I see is that he doesn't actually defend. There are many Championship defenders better than him at defending, he is awful!!

      James M. We outplayed Arsenal, they had 15 minutes where we just let them walk over us and they created 5 chances but in the context of the entire game, we've be better. Same for the other games while still learning. It was a very good football but can be better.

    • @moremusic99
      @moremusic99 5 лет назад +1

      +JR Right, but two of those chances they had were clear-cut chances so they could have easily got a point in that match, and today once again David Luiz was weak defensively - that long ball he allowed to reach Callum Wilson - really poor defending.

    The first and main thing Chelsea must do is to keep him here for a very long time. Conte won the league in his first season then everything went downhill after that, Sarri seems a bit like Fergie to me. We are lucky to have him, cos he is a top quality coach! There is no point getting rid of him after 2 years and bring someone else in..

    I feel the team would have much better balance, if: Kante remained at holding mf, and not farting around as some pretend winger. My God, he is the best in the PL at breaking up attacks; Start Giroud or Hudson-Adoi, every match, over Morata. He's a passenger who crushes our goal scoring potential; Start Christensen or Emerson over Luiz, who's going to cost us matches; I hope Kepa, in spite of his height, can improve in the manner of Manure's keeper. Other than those changes, I like what I see.

    • @mwangidennis6405

      Wayne Mitchell Maybe sarri should tweak his formation to a 4-2-3-1 with jorghinho and kante playing the holding role. That way we won't get caught up on the counter
