Sorry they cant win them all but not gonna be selfish, Mtrl won this game and congrats to them. This Bomber squad has propelled themselves to be one of the greatest squads ever and they have won the decade...even though it is only 2023, lets see if anyone can beat their success by 2030....I doubt it. Cheers to the amazing 2019-2023 Bombers, cant wait to see whats next in 2024
CFL needs to get out of the deal with CBS. To not have the Grey Cup on actual TV in the states when you are trying to make the league better doesn’t help at all.
Unfortunately, Ambrose hasn't done anything at all to make the league better. CFL+ Is a great idea and overdue. But, for international viewers to only be able to watch on a phone or computer really annihilates the fan experience.

My Montreal born brother and I went to our first Grey Cup in our Ben Cahoon jerseys expecting nothing but to experience the Grey Cup atmosphere. What an amazing result. For me, Anthony Calvillo was the greatest, but I LOVE Fajardo.
Easily one of the top ten GCs of all time. I watched live and was on the edge of my seat all game. Had to be up at 4 am for work but i wasn't going anywhere until my Als were handed the Grey Cup.
My first ever grey cup in person and my Als completed one of the greatest stories in any sport. I'll be re watching this for many years to come so thank yo so much for uploading this! Tsn should make a full length documentary on this Als team man 🥹

Rules question..... On the very last play, is it necessary to throw the ball directly to the punter before he kicks it? Or couldn't they have thrown it to someone else, tried a few laterals and THEN punted it toward the end zone. That way some actual teammates of his might have had a chance to get to the ball. Check the video at about 1:58:15 and see where the closest bomber is when he kicks it. No chance! A punt that a guy could snag in a jump ball situation would have been the greatest ending ever.
Its important to remember that the vast majority of these guys, this will be the only time they win a championship at the pro level. Now we all know CFL is no where close to being compared to the NFL. But having seen countless interviews with former CFL players, you can tell they have a closeness with each other that NFL teams often lack publically
So we have the lead for 58 minutes and 30 seconds, and lose the game, against a team that couldn’t beat a team above 500, a QB who “put up” 3 points in game 1 against the Bombers, and put up another 3 points the 2nd game, and has lost 9 out of 9 games against Collaros? The lead changed throughout the game, so technically, there were lead changes and Montreal’s defense held its own. Montreal deserved this win. Go Als Go!

The CFL's championship is weird, because they've got losing teams playing in the playoffs. The championship game really should have been Winnipeg vs. Toronto, considering they were the two division champions.
