Iam using hero optima cx er and its more than 1.5 yrs and I have completed 10k kms and still very happy with my scooty. Its still in top side.
I drive more than 7500 km and the bike is very good 👍

Maine yeh bike January 2024 me li thi still it is better than any onther bikes in ev. But if you are a long rider and if the service centre is not too near to you then i advice you don't purchase this bike but agar aapko features chahiye or badhiya range then absolutely go for it.❤

I also faced problem now, it is not working. Don't know the reason why. Service support is very poor. In Rain season parking sensor continue on so not bale to move. Compnay claim 150km range on website, but while received it Show 140km range on display. While I check with Odometer actual range is below 100km.
i bought revolt 5 months ago and have done only 1000 km till now. I am not happy with the bike because even in economy mode it gives me only 70 km per full charge. Also revolt service is horrible. Thinking of selling this bike now

If you are a Rowdy Sheeter and if you can fight with the Showroom guys everyday ..
Only then you must buy this bike.
My bike is 2022 August model has Done 8000 kms .baught it for 1.75 lakhs rupees . I will sell you with thanks for 1 lakhs ..

The showroom people will keep your bike for atleast 35-40 days.
No spares available in the showroom or in the market.
No body repairs outside the showroom .
Even for a minor issue you should leave the bike in the service centre for minimum 40 days..and you will only get your bike if you fight with them daily..

Next Day Service Centre Gaya Unno ne Belt Change Krke dekha Awaj Motor Sehi Aa rhi Ek Dusre Ke Kaan Me Kuch Bolle Muje fir Bolle 1000 Km chalalo Awaj Nikal jayegi.
Me Satisfied Nhi Hu.
Bhai fir problem thik Hui h ya nhi

I have buy in October 2022 and still waiting for my first service .
After one month i got battery issue and staff have told me to left bike for 15 days .
Bike is good but service and and staff are very unresponsive.

Bhai, Bangalore me Revolt mat lena, Bhai me Bangalore me Revolt liya November 5 2022 me Ak mahina nehi hoa he, Me subah office aaya 15km, Jab wapas jane keliye nikal raha he error aaya Error 97 . Bangalore ka service center bola kuch nehi kar sakte towing kar ke service centre leke aao, Mera office se service centre 25 km, so kitna kharcha ayega appku pata hoga.
Towing service only 2 and 3 km me hota he.
Agar aap thoda long gaya udhar Error 97 aaya to aap ka bike ku Dhaka Dena hoga.

The main struggle is service and usage experience.....
It's much much and much headache to own a Electric bike/scooter....

I regret buying hero vida and never recommend anyone to buy that scooter, inaccurate range. Range declines quickly only works for about 60 to 70 in eco and the speed is only 45/ kmph in eco

Don't buy @ Revolt ,advance Rs-10,000 not return from 2years .After advance given in 2021 thay can't deliver byke month after month then I perches new byke in 2022.but refund not done from 2 years.
Advance করবেন না @Revolt. আমি ২০২১ এ rs,১০০০০ অ্যাডভান্স করেছিলাম কিন্ত ২০২২ প্রযন্ত গাড়ী দিতে পারেনি। তখন আমি নতুন টিভিএস byke কিনি। ২০২২ থেকে ফোন mail সব ডকুমেন্ট দেওয়ার পর ও রিফান্ড করছে না। শুধু বলছ কমপ্লেইন করা হয়েছে জানানো হবে।২ বছর হয়ে গেলো।
