Runs it like a mob boss. Put the companies in family members names. And run the businesses and collect the money. These are what are referred to as shell companies. Any document for 4 million dollars is going to be way more than 1 1/2 pages long. They will cover every if, and, but and any and every possible avenue to collect, to pay that money. A legitimate contract will make sure nobody can get away without paying back, or being paid 4 mil.
