- I've been training for IKFF's level one kettlebell instructor certification since January. Now it's finally time to test. My skills + technique will be graded by Steve Cotter ( / ikffchannel ) and the rest of the world on RUclips. Will I pass? My fingers are 🤞.

News just in, I passed the level one cert! 🎯
Wonderful news!!!
Sergei.. Excellent.. That takes a lot of balance and strength..
Been researching kettlebells. .. smart guy...BEAST workout!
They are awesome indeed!
Congratulations from a fellow IKFF pass out 🙏 Well done. This is a challenging test, and you did it well. Wishing you well on your kettlebell journey 🙂💪🙏
Thanks for the encouraging words homie 🤙
Well done :) Your performance clearly showed you had done the necessary training.
Dude. I'm just looking this up now! Being certified. Great job brother!
Great job! Congratulations. Also thanks for all the inspiration in getting me to add green smoothies to my life. Have a great day.
You’re so welcome! Glad to hear you’re taking charge of your health and wellness. 💪
Great work! Ive done this wotkout with a 16kg and that was tough. I think i will be ready for the 20kg fairly soon then i would like to get certified
I'm planning to do exactly the same! (Just need someone doing the kettlebelling while I sit on the chair.)
Good work, and yeah, you made it look easy.
Looks can be deceiving. 😉
I didn't even know there was such a thing as a certification.
I been using kettlebells, along, with pull ups, dips, etc
Anywho! How much does the certification cost? Well besides proving you can do it! Thanks!
There is a certification for everything these days. 😜 Cert cost about $400 for a level one. If you're interested, look up Steve Cotter, IKFF or visit: @nnel
Congratz, awesome work
i have nothing to say besides: holy shit! i will try this out, but start with 16Kg, thanks for that video.
Wow that’s brutal… how do you even train for this beast
I'm 66 years old one rep is all it takes a slow destroy my lower back
That was awesome...well done
Made it look easy! 💪🏽🔔🔔🔔
Wow i need to rest after all that watching 😐
Is that so?
Back drop looks a lot like mt. Vernon
Stellar performance!
I tried the test. However that chalk seemed to melt away after the clean & presses. What's your trick brother for not having the chalk melt away from sweat? The Snatches got me, so I need to retest.
Most people say, " I can't find time to exercise". How about 15 minutes?! 🤔🤣
Great congrats
👏👏🔥🔥
When will you find out?
I don't know? Hopefully soon, I'm biting my nails over here. 😉
@@BoutenkoFilms I thought you needed to do the cert in person? Has this changed with covid?
Hi.. You have done a great job!!!.... Just wanted to know How would I enrolle in kettlebell level 1 certification from India as I know training is available only in Netherlands and Belgium. So is there any option to enrollment from India?

I have the slightest feeling your form wasn't correct when letting the bell swing between your legs. I'm not sure you need to go that far down either. I have been through personal training classes and one of my teachers was a professor in a University...."A" for effort...but something definitely doesn't look right here. 🤷♀️
Watch you don’t let that kettlebell hit anything personal
Kettlebell sport is allll about efficiency and endurance! He looks pretty damn good, every one could and can and do improve on their technique. Just Trent and make it through half the swings with 20kg.. it’s him vs himself right now it’s a very very difficult sport

I'm boycotting EVERYTHING Russia, except my Kettlebell 🧐🤔
No problem, buy American: ruclips.net/video/GnGjazbLuBc/видео.html
I dont know...
That looks really bad for the rotator cuff.
Let's see how it goes for you over the next 5 years . I do slow controlled movements. That just seems unnecessary.
Good luck
Let's see indeed.

I work for a golf cart dealer. I lift 80 lb . To 120 lb Batteries with a strap. Maybe 40 or 50 times a day. But we dont swing them.
Lol
That's hilarious that there is a kettlebell certification. Add it to the list of things we in the industry don't take serious 🤣🤣🤣 how pretentious
Speaking for the entire fitness industry is a little pretentious too. I guess we’re even. 😜
@@BoutenkoFilms nah I'm an actual expert I have the right to say that. Bachelors in exercise science, masters in biomachanics and working on a doctorate in exercise physiology. But hey you got a "kettlebell certification" it's not even about the kettlebell it's about the certification indicating that it takes a certain level of knowledge and skill to use or teach how to use a kettlebell. Certifications in general are often a joke. A certified personal trainer knows nowhere near as much as I do.
@@BoutenkoFilms also after watching it seems to ve test about your fitness more than your knowledge of how to properly do or explain movements to others plus its just not necessary you could have taught kettlebell classes without it 🤷♂️
@@justrelax9501 I know people with all kinds of degrees that dont know nearly as much as some people who do the actual work, so it goes both ways. :) Would've been more gracious to congratulate the man on his work, wish him luck, and ask him what the intent of getting the certification is. Unfortunately you took the route of trying to belittle someone's efforts. Well done.
@@OriginalJokerFMJ well sorry but kettle bell certification is a joke and i don't feel the need to baby people. It's unfortunate if you or he got offended but thatbdienst change the reality. If people want to post their "accomplishments" on line Ile this they are putting themselves out there for scrutiny. I don't any gyms that require a kettle bell certification 🤣🤣🤣🤷♂️
Certifications via performance are stupid and utterly pointless. I can easily pass this "test", but theres no way i ought to be qualified to teach people 😂
Show us then. It’s a fitness and skill test. You don’t pass this test without dedication.
@@Chiburi I did the pentathlon thing not too long ago and got a perfect score. My easy sessions are more demanding than this.
