He should have used the PAL version. It also has Japanese voices because the Europeans wouldn't get the Funi voices until the season box sets came out.
@@RileyJ3866 In the Japanese version, it has the Japanese names of the characters translated into English. For example, instead of calling him in the symbols the Japanese use, Goku is now called Son Gokou.
Budokai 2 and 3's initial PAL releases were English-only too. I remember cuz it actually upset people to the point where Budokai 2 on Gamecube got the Japanese voices, and Budokai 3 had a Collector's Edition with dual audio.
i searched this over 20 years later, i found it. I had Budokai for PS2 wehn it was new, Cell was my main Char. Someday i put the Game in Options to Japanese, just for testing. I never forgott how Cool Cell sounded with the Genkidama. Sounds like Madara.
For PS2 Hold X and push back twice or forward if you're in the opposite Gamecube I forgot the button but its the Guard/Block Button and back or forward twice just like the ps2
@@Rapid98k Yes it is, And if you waited about half a second after doing the combo and then hit the energy button (X in this instance for me cause i have the gamecube version) Goku's spirit bomb still set off and the CPU had already dropped their guard at this point and started attacking, so that way it makes it pretty consistent to hit in the front aswell. But yeah, the back is just the easiest way to set off anything.
At 2:33,
“魔貫光殺砲!!!!!”
(SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!!!!!)

What’s wrong with the one he’s using?

Hello how do I fill the energy
Its a *loooong* time ago (about 15 years) but if memory serves me well its tapping the opposite direction of your enemy twice and hold the second one.
For PS2
Hold X and push back twice or forward if you're in the opposite
Gamecube
I forgot the button but its the Guard/Block Button and back or forward twice just like the ps2
How to do spirit bomb
Forward punch, punch, punch, kick, energy button
Was always kinda tough to pull off considering the AI had a lot of time to react to this combo
@@senatorarmstrong9060 It's guaranteed to hit if you are behind the opponent
