Bought the e208 in GT spec and picked it up last month. Really enjoying it and have no regrets. The drive selector no longer has the “gear lever” and we weren’t able to spec ours with heated seats, pano sunroof or active cruise control due to supply/chip shortages. Range has now settled down to a reliable ~270km (but obvs will be less in winter) which is fine for us. Bonus is it looks a bit sporty and aggressive.. Loving it.
Both Stellantis cars, which is interesting, although not absolutely direct competitors. The Peugeot is a great little car, could revolutionise local urban EV motoring. Buy European!
Both developed before the merger too! The 500e feels every bit Italian to drive, super responsive and fun!

We we bought both of them. Although we bought the smaller battery version of the 500 as it will never leave the town. If you need a car for range or with kids then the 308 is the obvious choice. The small battery 500 is super economical though.
Great little cars but a horrendous price in the UK, and I’m sure the honeymoon on the refuelling will be over before the winter.
There is now a desperate need for a new peoples car where is the new 2CV?

I drive a Fiat 500e Passion with the 42 KWh battery and I like everything about the car which is quick, comfortable and has a range between 150 and 190 miles with a light foot. However, the price here in the UK has risen considerably since I bought mine last December and the e208 represents better value for money in terms of space.

I own a petrol 208 and the build quality is patchy, tbh. Wide, inconsistent shut lines and dodgy paint - some colour mismatches and flaking off around a headlight. An early (UK 69 reg) e-208 I examined had misaligned doors, maybe a half inch out at the sill, and no sign that an accident had caused it. I'd be careful

Elles ne sont absolument pas comparable la peugeot 208 très bonne voiture je le confirme est une compacte la 500 bonne voiture aussi est une mini citadine c'est avec la peugeot 108 qu'il faut comparé la 500 pas avec la nouvelle 208.
