Su smashed Bollywood metal with Shanti shanti shanti, had Sabaton dancing to her euro polka beat with Oh Majinai, and now she's got Arabian/Egyptian metal with Metalizm... this is my fave so far from the new album... This is like a darker sister of Shanti Shanti, love the way she does that yodeling thing with vocals, the choreo looks a lot like Shanti Shanti Shanti too.🤘🦊🤘
Good reaction, thanks! They use here the Phrygian dominant scale which is traditionally used in Indian, Middle Eastern, Eastern European, Central Asian, and even flamenco music. Being very common in Arabic and Egyptian music. This time I believe that Middle Eastern flavor dominates. 🤘🦊

This MV is from Day-2 when Momoko appeared as the 3rd official member, Momometal for the first time. 👍 👍 This is from the 2nd night of their back to back sold out concerts at PIA Arena in Yokohama on April 1 & 2. It is also the first night that new official third member Momoko Okasaki wore the headset microphone for the first time ever. Now the backing vocals include Moa and Momoko. I have watched fan cam videos of LIVE footage from the European leg of their new world tour and even though the audio is just okay you can clearly hear the richer background vocals that both of them bring.
I am learning spoken Japanese. I don't think i will ever understand song lyrics. It lacks context and is too poetic. Anime is so much easier. Japanese sentences are hard too. Even if i know all the words i often don't know what the sentence means for sure.
From the time YUI left the group has seemed in a low time, without a course. The band lost a lot of the triplet of Su-Lead Su- backup or head. Moa and Yui are a duet or lead .. wherever they need to be. It makes more sense to add on a new character as far as marketing. People are used to the treo and it always seemed unbalanced as a duet. I was there the night they announced Yui was gone from babymetal. The show seemed unbalanced where they were perfection before. It worked and people liked the format. The ones that employ Babymetal and run the show mistook the ballance. They are awesome, seen them and try to keep up on it. Looks like it is more cohesive and they are in the zone. This is from the 2nd night of their back to back sold out concerts at PIA Arena in Yokohama on April 1 & 2.
