Ahhh someone who understands the art of a slick bun 😩 the placement tip level with the eyes was great. Your TikTok’s made me fall in love with your bun lol 😂
Funny people were offended by the dirty hair in the beginning when I saw that I was like this is my kinda girl lol. Definitely using this for greasy hair days.
I love how you are both so gorg, elegant, and talented and at the same time hilarious and giving out vibes like I know you would have my back if I needed to throw down
Absolutely gorgeous I love the bun the only thing differently than I do is I use scrunchies do you do a ponytail the same way and when you wear your hair down have you ever tried tucking your hair perfectly behind both ears with a Sleek middle part for a hairstyle I love that look with big hoop earrings to finish the look
You’re Literally the only RUclips I Never a Miss a Video from and could rewatch allll of them 😫 you’re gorgeous 🔥 what kind of lashes are you wearing in this video ? I’m obsessed 😍
i have kinda like a bald spot on my hairline and its so annoying and i look so stupid when i do this i was trying to grow it back but its not working and i kept trying not to pull on it with ponytails but i can never just leave my hair alone and down because i look so weird and then i dont have no good clothes to wear with it because my mom doesnt take me anywhere else
(model inspired who were inspired by black/brown women) she’s slaying but yeah it’s a peeve of mine that people are crediting models that just started wearing their hair like this last year 😭
@@aria8463 Well, hold on, I've been told that it was the look as a whole that originated with black/brown women and that was the issue, not the bun alone. While it's not a direct 1 to 1 comparison, we see aspects of this trend (namely the bun and minimal makeup) in military standards, and those have been in place since before the 90s. (And waaay before that, the bun was used in Europe for ballet) While I'm DEFINITELY not saying that people who are following this trend to the letter and in its entirety are innocent, it's worth noting that not everyone who wears the bun is stealing from another culture. (And just so you know, this is coming from the daughter of a military brat, and yes, I've worn my hair like this my whole life)
@@PotatoChicken-gg1ju fair enough. not saying the look is cultural appropriation, but yes this look has been worn in these communities for ages before the 90s as well. many people have experiences wearing styles that they were made fun of for wearing, so it's annoying that when models wear them suddenly they're cool. credit is not being given where it's due. it's clear that the other "new" looks that people are taking credit for and renaming, are also not new, but they are treated as though these models invented them. it's really not that deep and OP looks amazing. it's a great style that looks good on most people. however, it's a pet peeve. I'm not the only person who noticed this or feels this way, so I don't feel like i'm pulling this out of my ass. but much of current street style/trends originated from somewhere else and sometimes was demonized before.
@@aria8463 That's true, and those criticisms are definitely fair. I've also seen a lot of people talking about it, and heard about how it was stigmatized when it was worn by minority women. I totally understand and agree with calling that out. My only issue is zeroing in on certain aspects that also have significance in other groups and acting as if they're exclusive to just one (which according to your reply, didn't seem to be your intention)
Your hair is so thick and pretty. I’ve been loving the model bun with a claw clip lately.

Ahhh someone who understands the art of a slick bun 😩 the placement tip level with the eyes was great. Your TikTok’s made me fall in love with your bun lol 😂
