From Pushy to Polo Prospect // Paris is Ready for Adoption!

Look who's doing awesome in the CSU training program! Paris is now available for adoption!
When she first came to us, I honestly couldn't have predicted this spectacular of an outcome for her. Paris came to us with three of her relatives from the same household. She was bred and born on the same property where she was loved for 15 years. When her owner was diagnosed with a terminal illness, she reached out to us to take in her horses to ensure they wouldn't end up at auction.
With her impressive Paint bloodlines, Paris was intended as a broodmare but never bred. She was well-loved but didn't have the opportunity of much training, so, when she first came to us, she was halterbroke but extremely pushy and anxious to the point of being dangerous to handle on the ground. She gained a lot in the way of manners at the rescue and had a handful of lovely short first rides under saddle, but her trainer at the rescue was recovering from a broken back and knew Paris would benefit from working with someone new to get her ready for a riding home.
