Being a previous infant myself, I wasn’t. Yet the Holy Spirit has worked through me, after the Father has drawn me to belief, to lead many to Christ. Yesterday (the day before this was posted) I was in a conversation with a Protestant who believed in infant baptismal regeneration because that was what his denomination taught but struggled to understand how it could happen without faith. I said that I would try to answer his question and I did some research and what Augustine said is that the infants faith is that of the Church. I struggled to understand how someone's faith could save another and how that could be proven from the Bible. I tried to call a radio show about this but before they could answer I accidentally hung up. I got upset and asked Mary and God to provide me an answer. After an assignment at school got finished, I looked up on RUclips and saw your video. I immediately knew it was God and Mary's answer to my prayers. Now I know the biblical basis for what both I and the protestant I was talking with hold. I think that we may be part of the reason why God put it on your heart to do this video. Know that God is using you to bless people. God bless you from a Catholic and may the ACOE and the RCC may come into full communion soon. Amen.

I’ve been praying for about a year to God that he would soften my heart to our catholic brothers and sisters and not be influenced by some of the very antagonistic anti catholic Protestants, so I can have true love for all denominations. I think you Sam you have been a real help in softening my heart towards Catholics and their beliefs, I believe I may even adopt some of these beliefs even though I still reject others. I am so much more comfortable in my spirit now being in the middle, not leaning too far to either of the extreme sides. God has also really been teaching me and opening my eyes to the true power of prayer and subjects like these are serving for that purpose also. Two birds with one stone. You’ve been a blessing. All Christians believe the u can pray for someone and god will heal. But this subject is about infant babtism and that is a gift from god and I think that is being robbed from a baby that would never remember. The feeling of being born again, repenting, choosing to have that relationship with god. So it’s not that it’s wrong getting Baptized as a baby but it should be done exactly the Way Jesus and his disciples did it. I don't know why credo-baptists insist on "believer's baptism" when in their belief system " believer's baptism" and the "Lord's Supper" are both moot ordinances!! They have no effect on the person being baptised or on the one receiving communion. They are dead rites that result in nothing. They don't cleanse from sin, infuse grace, edify, or work upon the person in no way whatsoever!! They only do it because, as they say, Jesus commanded them too!

I ask for God's forgiveness and mercy for what I'm about to write but I can't stop thinking about it. As a Catholic I agree with most of the stuff you teach Sam but my question to you is this. The reason why Christianity is so divided is because the scriptures are not clear or easy to understand. One Greek word has 10 different meanings, for example "soul" has at least 4 different meanings and out those meaning Christians are divided. Everyone keeps saying context is everything but everyone's context is different too. I hate that sometime I think that the most powerful being in the universe failed at explaining his plan. I know there is one hope, one body, one faith and one baptism but like in your video even baptism is not clear what it means for every Christian denomination. We can't even agree on something simple as baptism, much less on something more complicated as our salvation. Anyways thats my two cents. Good job Sam on you preaching. What is the need to infant baptism when the parents are dedicating the child by Faith to God representing Parents faith. When child grows up he has to accept Jesus has Lord by his own will and water baptism becomes an action of faith representation in bible for accepting the Jesus as the Lord and Saviour. Sam. This is a genuine flat out question. I hope you can provide a take on this. As someone baptized as an infant, I have dove heavily into faith over the last year and a half. Matching all the basic points of Christianity. Neither of my parents are people of faith. Or were whenever I was "called" that I know of. Their actions suggest they weren't into faith much. What would your explanation for such be? Do you think that great faith on my part could lead to the validation of infant baptism in a specific circumstance? I personally have the take that their faith in the moment to get me baptized was enough for remission of sins. I also wonder if great faith can validate an infant baptism. Simply because there was a baptism, and eventual repentance. I understand this question could be pointless but I thought it to be interesting. I know you said "if you've been baptized and return to faith that baptism will be honored."

Baptism is the new Circumcision, and they were told to be circumcised 8 days after birth. And when one man would be baptized, so would their whole house. So given this, there is no issue with Infant Baptism, it's Biblical and endorsed by God.

They claim that they do everything by the book, yet there are exactly zero local churches in the New Testament that do not have a hierarchy of ministers over them, and there are exactly zero church ministers in the New Testament who do not have apostolic succession.
