Really envious of your twin turbo, Been after another one of those for sooo long, every time I see one for sale it’s not for delivery and they are absolutely miles away from me, asked a few people if they would consider postage, even offered to send the box and packing materials and it’s always a firm no, they won’t even consider postage. Oh well, hopefully one will come up Never say never I wish you luck for the month with that vacuum 👍👍👍😀😀😀
We did have air driven turbo heads on some of those cylinders, they were never all that brilliant in my opinion, but it did make it easier to vacuum Up pet hair until the brush clogged up and the bearings seized lol, I remember the tv ad for the turbo 300 it was all based around a dog groomers, and the dogs going in and out all day and the amount of hair left and this one scruffy dog who had sat watching the dogs going in and out all day wanting a wash and haircut himself, the turbo 300 is used to clear up all the fur from the day showing that if it can deal with that it cam Cope with pet fur at home. In the end the scruffy dog is allowed in when the woman feels sorry for him and he gets a new do done lol
Lux cylinders are nice,especially from the period of this one. Nice design, with clear nods back to the 330 and 345 era. Despite the wind down i think its a very powerful sounding cleaner indeed. Budgies were on top form tonight - doing a bit of chirping - and squabbling by the sounds of it bless them.

Electrolux 380 is my favorite vacuum cleaner, unfortunately it was not the original which was silver as shown in the advertising picture.
We had a turbo nozzle with ours, it had a tendency to make a high pitch whine.
I think I used it twice then put it away for safety and got the battery head out 😂
