for those who wanna do the tempura egg: You poach an egg for only like 3 minutes or until the egg white is firm enough. then you dunk it slowly in ice water so the cooking process stops. you roll your egg in like egg wash, coat it with tempura and deep fry it until golden brown. its very very difficult when you dont shock your eggs with ice water :D

And last, but not least, Food Wars! is hands down one of the best of all time in terms of making food look so damn good, and Chef Ash did every single dish justice.
