You have what looks like a beautiful Madame Alexander Elise in a gray or lavender gown that must be very vintage, as they were only made in that form (with the elbow joints and I presume she has knee and ankle joints as well) during the 1950's, I believe. She looks in good condition, face and hair intact, if so would be quite valuable as they are very hard to find. To a MA collector she would be the star of the show!
Yes, her dress isn't tagged so for years I've tried to determine if it's original, the quality seems original MA quality, but I have never been able to find one like it, or get anywhere asking about it various groups. Either way, she's a beauty.
@@MunecasPoupeesDolls There are some things that can help to authenticate an untagged dress--but the definitive thing would be to see a catalog photo of the dress or a pic in a book of authentic fashions. I belong to a couple of Io groups for MA lovers that have some very good experts on them. If you send me a pic of the doll and dress I can post it on the groups and ask if anyone can authenticate it. Elise wasn't a doll who had commercial third-party fashions made for her (like Premiere), I believe, so if it's not authentic it must be seamstress made or from another doll.
This is so impressive, I mainly collect of Barbies. But this is just so amazing all the different types from all over the world , I think it’s amazing. I also love how organized your dollls are. I also love how you have them out of the box, which is something I do as well.

Love the organization idea for the shoes! For the wigs, especially with the plastic you could easily put a sticker with the wig sizes for easier finding. My room is starting to look like this lol, I guess that means I need a bigger space.

I have her original outfit, booklet and brush too. She was purchased in Oakland, California in the Emporium Capwell’s Bargain Basement. She was in a Capwells store box not her original packaging. I also was given a Furga found there at another time. I think both are very beautiful dolls.

Great collection so many different dolls ..I'd be really interested in seeing a comparison in kikipop and azone dolls and also how azone and kikipop compared against smart doll. I collect anime style dolls so having various sizes is a plus. I don't usually collect Barbie size dolls but if they had more of a chunky body type they would fit my collection. Thank you!

I have doors on the big cabinets, for the other things, I just use a Swiffer Duster cloth (not attached to the handle) to gently go over them from time to time. Thank you for watching 💜
I LOVE the variety of dolls you collect. I am starting to get back into the bigger ones (mostly American Girls but I'm also itching to get some fantasy BJD's or even just plain vinyl ones) but would like to start collecting BJD's...you mentioned in your video that amazon has some cute cheaper ones for those that are just starting to collect? What are they called again? Also, do you get dolls on the second hand market that you need to clean or fix and, if you do, have you ever had to restring one? I have a Magic Attic doll (which I am in love with...I have my eye on several others but they all have this problem) that is soo loose and I can't find a video on how to restring her and I sooo don't want to mess her up! Any tips on how I could fix something like that?
I just so happened to have two Magic Attic dolls sitting around that needed restringing, so I made a video yesterday about how to do it. Girl, how much do you want for that room of dolls?. LOL. I want a room like this so bad. Mine are just kind of laying around in a storage room. However, most of them are still in the original boxes and in plastic totes. That is the only thing that I know to do right now. I love the Tyco Quints myself and have them.

I don't! I didn't have them when I was a kid and never really wanted them, so I just don't have a connection to them like I do the other doll brands from that era 💜
LOL! That is hilarious! We adopted two cats from the shelter at the end of September, and one of them is a chewer! I have never had cats chew like that! He wants to chew on shoes, wigs, ribbons, anything that cat can find, he chews it up. What does your cat do with the shoes once he has them? Does he just play with them, or does he have a secret stash of shoes somewhere? 🤣

Great collection so many different dolls ..I'd be really interested in seeing a comparison in kikipop and azone dolls and also how azone and kikipop compared against smart doll. I collect anime style dolls so having various sizes is a plus. I don't usually collect Barbie size dolls but if they had more of a chunky body type they would fit my collection. Thank you!

I have doors on the big cabinets, for the other things, I just use a Swiffer Duster cloth (not attached to the handle) to gently go over them from time to time. Thank you for watching 💜

I LOVE the variety of dolls you collect. I am starting to get back into the bigger ones (mostly American Girls but I'm also itching to get some fantasy BJD's or even just plain vinyl ones) but would like to start collecting BJD's...you mentioned in your video that amazon has some cute cheaper ones for those that are just starting to collect? What are they called again? Also, do you get dolls on the second hand market that you need to clean or fix and, if you do, have you ever had to restring one? I have a Magic Attic doll (which I am in love with...I have my eye on several others but they all have this problem) that is soo loose and I can't find a video on how to restring her and I sooo don't want to mess her up! Any tips on how I could fix something like that?

Thank you! Only the shelves inset into the wall are custom, the rest are all Ikea. I find that dust prevention is best on my cabinets with glass doors, so I highly recommend it. Thank you for watching!

Girl, how much do you want for that room of dolls?. LOL. I want a room like this so bad. Mine are just kind of laying around in a storage room. However, most of them are still in the original boxes and in plastic totes. That is the only thing that I know to do right now. I love the Tyco Quints myself and have them.

LOL! That is hilarious! We adopted two cats from the shelter at the end of September, and one of them is a chewer! I have never had cats chew like that! He wants to chew on shoes, wigs, ribbons, anything that cat can find, he chews it up. What does your cat do with the shoes once he has them?
