This is a tribute to the career of Bernard Hill, the actor who starred in the likes of Titanic, Boys from the Black Stuff, A Midsummer Night's Dream, No Surrender and, of course, from the Lord of the Rings the Two Towers and the Return of the King to name a few. It was quite tricky to find a lot of interview footage from him, mainly they were bits from his later years. Anyway, enjoy!

RIP legend
This man was a huge talent. He was as powerful and towering as the two towers of Lord of the Rings. His soliloquy and dialog with Gamlen, his vassal in Return of the King inspired me to compose a song, which was an honor. Rest In Peace Bernard Hill.

I remember this dear fellow appearing in other films, cast from another mould. An adaptation from a Catherine Cookston novel, " The Gambling Man" is a fine example of his skills.
