- धान हो या गेहूं की बुवाई, सबमें DSR तकनीक कारगर होती दिख रही है. खैराबाद के किसान फहद फारुकी से न्यूज पोटली ने पहले भी बात की थी. इस बार उनकी खेती के दूसरे पहलू को देखिए जहां वो तकनीक की मदद से धान की खेती मे भी मौसम और जमीन से मिल रही कठिनाइयों से पार पाने की कोशिश में हैं. फहद ने पहले तो धान की बुवाई DSR तकनीक की मदद से की लेकिन इसके आगे बढ़ कर उन्होंने PQNK यानी पिकनिक मेथड का इस्तेमाल किया है जिसकी मदद से वो कम पानी में बेहतर पैदावार पाने की दिशा में बढ़ रहे हैं. अपने खेतों के रेतीलेपन को उन्होंने इसी तकनीक के सहारे मात दिया है. न्यूजपोटली से उन्होंने इस बारे में विस्तार से बातचीत की है, सुनिए उनके द्वारा इस्तेमाल किये गए तरीके और तकनीकों की कहानी, उन्हीं की ज़ुबानी.
Whether it's paddy or wheat sowing, the DSR (Direct Seeding of Rice) technique is proving effective. News Potli had previously spoken with Khairabad's farmer Fahad Farooqi. This time, take a look at another aspect of his farming where he is trying to overcome difficulties with weather and soil in paddy cultivation using technology. Initially, Fahad used the DSR technique for paddy sowing, but he has further advanced by using the PQNK or Picnic Method, through which he is moving towards better yield with less water. He has tackled the sandy nature of his fields using this technique. Dear sir, I do both. My organic fields are separate and less my commercial fields are different and more. I use a lot of good practices of PQNK that are fundamental. As I believe the rules of PQNK are so mass production friendly that they can be applied to any farm with a bit of patience and following the land mending rules then soil improvement then water management and weeding operations . Eventually I believe more and more of my fields will be far better than others even if I can’t call them organic.

Dear sir I highly appreciate your sowing technique of paddy cultivation.But my concern is for organically grown agriculture products.As after green revolution huge use of deadly pesticides and chemical fertilizers in farm are making home of deadly diseases to humans as well as other species .
Do better to use old traditional natural process of cultivation in fields.
1: use of plough with Bulls to make soil soft.As microorganisms and earthworm are never harmed.
2: Use of animal dung fully composed and plants residue which are high in carbon content can hold moisture for very long time.
3: manual process of weed remover.
4: use of jaiv amrit which enhances friendly microorganisms and earthworm.
5: Use of crop cycle to maintain soil nutrition.
6:Of cause y can do as you are plant lover as well as to other species so that deadly diseases can never harm.And the last water cycle of earth which is now becoming poisonous day by day by excess use of harmfull fertilizers and pesticides.
Sir don't take otherwise.We youths have to save earth resources.
