nice, ii have a couple of comments, 1] safety rope should be 1 per man and auto-retracting NO SLACK, 2] adding wheels under the platform would protect the walkways and make moving faster and safer. 3] beeping sounds and flashing lights under the platform to alert everyone below that the platform is moving. 4] The wire nuts will cause weakness in time, there is a device that locks the cable without damage. NO CLAMPS should be needed at all.
Don’t use u clamps on cables, use a j clamp. Safer and stronger.
