Get black double wooden bunk beds for the kids and set them kinda in front of the bar but a little away from the bar and then your couch on one wall and the tv on the other wall that would be a great way to do it and yes use the sun room as the baby room I know you're gonna get it together I'm rooting for you 💪🏾🙏🏾❤️

Put the daybed in storage and get 2 toddler beds with crib in that room . Make it cute and cozy . Get a heavy blackout curtain on that window for draft and light . Make the living room just the living room . It can work , respect you for saving money!
Maybe put a curtain on either side of the opening to make it feel like a bedroom ?
The baby will sleep good in that nook !

Give the kids the bedroom, and you and your husband take the living room... get a pullout sofa
Thank you so much. We thought about doing that but it would require buying new furniture and getting rid of our current furniture. We don’t plan on being here for long 🤞🏽 so we’re gonna work with this for now. I’ll have updated design vids soon!
No matter how great a sofa couch can be it’s not a good sleep . My parents slept on one for years when they gave us their bedroom and regretted it years later because of their backs .
@@Sunnydreamer1470 I grew up the same way in New York. My parents slept on a pullout sofa and my brother and I had the bedroom for about 9 years. They told us don’t do to yourself lol

I like that space you have were the crib is you can definitely make the most of that space even put up a curtain or them sliding plastic doors from lowes or home Depot. , i like your apartment looks good for you and the kids ❤

@ it’s really smart choice tho- this is stacking season! Use the walls for hanging things, lots of storage by the doors for a shelf or rack. Over the toilet cabinet with doors. Plus yall be out and about so that will make it feel different

How about a rolling tv stand? That way you can roll it where you want it whenever. And can also roll it away if needed.
