    Your channel has given me the kick up the backside I need to finally go on my own and start up in my local area. Been made redundant 3 times since COVID-19, so thank you for all your video’s! They’ve helped me prepare my business, and I’m almost ready to go! But I will be coming back for lots more questions you can hopefully help me answer!

    I did the same review it's ok cleaning regular windows. But a pain to clean frames as it doesn't get in the tight spots like a brush does.
    Also wouldn't recommend using it with hot water as the sticky velcro pads unstuck and the white pad will full off.
    Also with cleaning really dirty conservatory or skylights you will find the pads will gunk up quickly.
    Best to use tfr and a good brush

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  3 года назад

      Yeah, I find it’s great for those in between type of jobs, glass that’s just a bit dirtier than normal and you don’t want to go to the bother of applying a chemical.😃👍🏼

    Good review Ashley, I have the tucker 12 inch 4 pencil jets hybrid brush best bush I have ever used, came with the rinse bar not sure which version of rinse bar you have, the early version was made out of aluminium and I scratched the glass it dug I on an angle , had too remove and just use pencil jets now, I believe they changed to a plastic rinse bar.. which one were you using.. cheers David 👍

    Hi. As always a great video, well made and full of info and tips. Would like to know if you or anyone has used this on commercial premises that do not receive regular cleaning ? We will be cleaning a hospital soon that hasn't been cleaned in 3 years and it is covered in bird mess. Would appreciate any feedback on this or alternative tools if not the Alpha Scrubber as it is actually out of stock currently on DA Components. many Thanks

    • @aemackintosh

      If your water is soft enough from the tap you might be ok using just DI filtration. Below 100ppm is pretty soft. I did a video about RO vs DI not so long ago. That should help.😃👍🏼📺 ruclips.net/video/TMfxV6q5Diw/видео.html

    Hi Ashley. What brush do you normally use for doing maintenance cleans? Also do you find rinse bars better in the brush rather then been on top?

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  3 года назад

      I am mostly using a Gardiner supreme brush with DuPont bristles at the moment with pencil jets. I find that a rinse bar on top just gets in the way or uses too much water, although I keep trying different types.😃👍🏼

    What makes you go for this over just cleaning a with a wfp brush? Personally I have a few balconies like this & find a wfp brush does a good job.

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  3 года назад +1

      If the glass is cleaned nice and regularly you will probably be fine with a normal brush, like you said. But I find this tool great for some of those slightly dirtier jobs like first cleans and some of the examples I mentioned in the video.😃👍🏼
