I remember attacking you the first time I stumbled on your video "there will be no rapture and Jesus is not coming back). If I am remembering well, that was the title of the teaching!! That was long before I began theological/philosophical studies!! I am now finishing a Master's degree in that discipline!! Now, I know better and completely understand you!! I walked away from Christianity in my second year of the first degree!! Concerning this particular teaching; first of all, much of what Jesus is supposed to have said was actually put into his mouth by the unknown authors of the gospels. The prophecy in Mathew 24:2, was actually written AFTER the temple had already been destroyed!! The temple was destroyed in 70 AD and the gospel of Mathew was written after 80 AD. Besides, a whole section of that wall still stands, if it is actually the place!!
That is the verse that stopped me from believing in the church because when I read it, the only people who say they come in Jesus name is Pastors and Priest. Shook me up and I let go of Christianity. It was the first time I admitted out loud that I didn't believe in that Bible. Someone invited me to church for Easter and I said no I don't believe in that Bible. This was 1997

I remember attacking you the first time I stumbled on your video "there will be no rapture and Jesus is not coming back). If I am remembering well, that was the title of the teaching!! That was long before I began theological/philosophical studies!! I am now finishing a Master's degree in that discipline!! Now, I know better and completely understand you!! I walked away from Christianity in my second year of the first degree!! Concerning this particular teaching; first of all, much of what Jesus is supposed to have said was actually put into his mouth by the unknown authors of the gospels. The prophecy in Mathew 24:2, was actually written AFTER the temple had already been destroyed!! The temple was destroyed in 70 AD and the gospel of Mathew was written after 80 AD. Besides, a whole section of that wall still stands, if it is actually the place!!

That is the verse that stopped me from believing in the church because when I read it, the only people who say they come in Jesus name is Pastors and Priest. Shook me up and I let go of Christianity. It was the first time I admitted out loud that I didn't believe in that Bible. Someone invited me to church for Easter and I said no I don't believe in that Bible. This was 1997
