This lady is quite experienced, if you are a beginner slow down the speed of your wheel as you do your upwards pulls. if you try and go as fast as this lady you might find it a bit tricky. Also for those of you that dont think in both metric and imperial 3 inches for the base is about 7.5cm and for the height 8-9cms is about 3 1/4 inches but it looked to be more like 4 inches I think final height. (420 grams is about 1 ounce under a pound )
