Honestly, he may have loved his gf, but he secretly also loved the sister. You can't tell me otherwise. They wouldn't have been sneaking around if there wasn't some mutual griwing feelings. You don't keep these kind of secrets from a loving partner for no damn good reason. He may have been a good guy but he did his gf so wrong and imploded his own relationship with her. She was already hurt/burned by her ex. He should have known better. He eventually goes back to that "little sister" and the ex gf goes back to her ex. I guess that's life.

I would say emotional cheating, and if you are in a long-term relationship they could be considered a mistress, but they do use the word mistress out of context on these titles alot. I am not sure what the doctor was thinking when he was hanging out with the girl, and lyng to his girlfriend? 🤷♂

Have you watched the whole series? He has always wanted his gf. He told the orphan girl he is getting married that’s why she decided to leave. Even after 1 year of their breakup, he is still wearing the ring and asked her again if he has a chance. It’s the gf actually that cheated emotionally.

I agree. He could have been honest from the beginning, even if his mom asked him not too. He apparently wanted to marry his girlfriend, so he should have been truthful, but people defend him on many clips. I do get respect the parent, but when she asked him to lie to his girlfriend he should not have listened. I can list a couple more, but other people will still defend him.
