Titan Table Talk: season 2, episode 4

Welcome back to episode four of Titan Table Talk with your host Tommy Gilbert!
In this weeks episode, Tommy talks with Director of Tennis/Head Women's Tennis Coach Jason Van Heuklon for the first time as Coach Van Heuklon talks about the blooming program and his new position as Director of Tennis at IWU. Up next at the table is Head Men's Soccer Coach Kyle Schauls. Coach Schauls talks about the teams thrilling 5-0-1 start to the season, as well as what it has been like playing on the home pitch so often to start the season. To close out episode four of Titan Table Talk, Head Football Coach Norm Eash makes his return to the table to discuss the teams dominant 55-7 victory over the Elmhurst Bluejays.
0:00- Director of Tennis/Head Women's Tennis Coach Jason Van Heuklon makes his Titan Table Talk debut to discuss the vast growth that the tennis program at IWU has gone through. Coach Van Heuklon talks about what it has been like to fill the roll of Director of Tennis and how much more they are able to accomplish. He also tells us a bit about the women's team and how much success they have seen so far in this young season.
12:36- Head Men's Soccer Coach Kyle Schauls is up next at the table for the first time in 2024. Tommy and Coach Schauls discuss the teams hot start as the Titans find themselves 5-0-1 after winning five straight shutouts at home. They also discuss how the team is preparing for what will be a very tough and balanced CCIW schedule coming of their CCIW tournament championship.
22:40- Head Football Coach Norm Eash is today's third and final guest coming off a dominating 55-7 victory over the Bluejays of Elmhurst University. Coach Eash discusses what the team did right this past Saturday, as well as what they will look to improve on for their home opener against the Carthage Firebirds. Coach Eash also talks about the disparity in the CCIW, and how the Titans are striving to find themselves in the top half of what could be a very wide spread CCIW rankings.
