Meeting Moment: Ethical Use of Technology in Policing

Police officers have technology available to them that allows things they could only dream of decades ago. But how do we make sure these tools are not doing more harm than good?
In this Meeting Moment, our Commission heard about the ‪@calgarypolice‬'s Technology Ethics Steering Committee. The group is made up of experts and academics from the community who help shape the Service's use of new, advanced technology so that is used in the best interests of the community.
