Several questions here. What’s the approximate tongue weight on the 28’. The mattress is trapezoid. Where are you going to find a sheet to fit that? Can the captains be made with straight aluminum instead of diamond tread?
My organization is looking to build a customer disaster relief sleeper and I’ve looks at Tons of models. I’m not one to settle even If I have to build my own. To what extent do you guys customize? I’d by interest in mounting this model to a 40’ 15 ton goose neck. So we can haul a skid steer 12,500lbs - 15,500lb Is this something you guys want to discuss?
What is the dimension from the back of the shower/toilet to the back flip down door? Trying to figure if I can get 4 Polaris 165's in there as built with the toilet and mini kitchen?
I really wish you could get a winter version with the bed and cold weather heaters. Needs to be just a bit taller too. CanAm 6x6 Defender is listed as 80 inches tall with stock tires.
When you say winter version are you meaning with all the boot and glove dryers as well? We can add more heat to the trailers pretty easily. As far as the height goes its a balance because every single side by side fits inside at the stock height and 99% fit even with a lift so to completely rework a trailer to fit one of hundreds of machines just doesn't make sense. Appreciate the feedback and let me know what you mean by winter version so I can relay that to the manufacturer.
Because it’s based off a snowmobile trailer and when you park on the right hand side of the road you won’t be able to get out on the right because of the snow banks
Most people have been putting it in one of the 6 cabinets, the fridge, the freezer, in totes in the 23.5’ garage, on the gooseneck, in the gooseneck storage, in extra cabinets you can add, or anywhere else you can imagine.
Can you custom design with slight change in layout but only minor nothing major But in saying make gooseneck 12 foot in height like RV garage area height level same as gooseneck 12 height to match and on awning side have a long side deck sane length but add 8 feet to overall I notice no slide outs is that an option over gooseneck both sides
Kick ass looking exterior. I think you're on a great start to a really nice toy hauler.
That's exactly what I need I will be calling you

Pin weight is going to be around 800-1000 pounds. Queen size sheets fit fine. They don't build a straight aluminum cabinet.
Awesome trailer man! Well done

No sadly the MFG batch builds them to keep the cost down so we don’t really customize them.
Does this come with a generator? Or do I have to install one myself?
The generator option should be coming. Supply chain is making things difficult.
Same question I had

That will fit easily. 21.5’ but you can put one all the way up to the goose in the middle. I’d bet 5 would go.

You should put propane tank blankets on for winter use, then you can get more psi out of tanks
Why is the entry door on the wrong side!?
Rather the awning is on the wrong side
Actually both. You’re right:)

Can I get a rough estimate of cost?
Why is the door on the street side amd not the curb side .??
That’s just the way they are built.
Where are you supposed to put your food?

How much does this cost setup just like this
Usually right around 40k, this one could be more with a few of the higher priced upgrades included but it should be close.
@@jbsprengeler3147 thank you. Seems reasonable.
How much does it weight
Around 7900 pounds.

There are no changes allowed in the layout. They only build them one way.
