I was excited about hosting this map but never expected me to get so emotional over the result,,, everyone did a fantastic job bringing this map to life ! Its such a beautiful map and I've watched it over and over,,,
Thanks to everyone who joined ! 39 parts and they all look stunning!
Not to mention the va's who jumped aboard my silly project! Each and every one of them fit their roles so well ! I am so excited to have hosted another map that has voice acting in it ! Their voices along with the music and the nature sounds added created a great atmosphere.
Based of the feeling I got from watching the old Peter rabbit cartoons, this map features a script written by me that was based of the events in warriors. Sasha left her kits so they could become warriors in the forest, but surely she wouldn't just leave her own kits with any cat? It had to be someone she trusted.
A soft foggy nature was the focus of this map and boy did the animators deliver.

@@maplefoxxo Yeah, I would say it's not natural for cats to love other cats of the same gender, but these are cats with religion and government, so I just kind of accept it.
@MγsTIc DEMON I haven't seen real cats actually show affection like that, so I can't say for sure from experience.
I'm sure cats have been *very* gay though.

This actually got me really emotional omg. Everything about this is just so beautiful, the voice acting is spot on and what I imagine they would sound like, the background and atmosphere also look so aesthetically pleasing. Just everything is perfect, amazing job to everyone who was part of this map !!

it's been quite a ride with this one for me tbh.
this map was the first one i ever joined when i began being a map animator this year, so it means a lot to finally see it finished. even if my parts only a few seconds long and a background at the end, it means a lot to see it together with all of these great animators.

I agree! I love MAPs that go along with a song and there aren't any speaking or anything, but I personally love MAPs like this that have faint music in the background and voice actors. I also love the atmosphere too, it makes the MAP so much more beautiful and aesthetic.

What incredible work! I honestly felt like I was watching a movie, and holy moons the feels when Sasha left...
The voices were acted out so well, and perfectly fit the atmosphere of the whole map. Each animator clearly took their time with each part too, and the foggy look that was wanted before the map existed clearly stook and shown through this. And also, what a marvelous job done with the script (animation and vocal scripts), I can easily tell what was going on with no question at all. Even the classical, fitting music tied everything together!
This is why I just had that top notch, movie feeling. I can never describe such awesome detail and work put into this, every veiwer can clearly see so.
I hope everyone understands how pretty this map is; it stands out from the rest like the moon against the stars.

The fact that Leopardstar made a promise to Sasha to make sure her kits wouldn't become like Tigerstar in this makes what eventually happens to Hawk in the books all the more upsetting

I know this 2 years old but I’ll still comment, yep she did fail, well technically she didn’t and she did in some way, Mothwing didn’t turn out like Tigerstar so she was successful in that, but Hawkfrost did turn out like his father, she fail in that one

I don’t know if anyone has noticed this.. or if it’s intentional or not... but at 0:12 there’s a bird nest with three eggs, one has cracked. The nest and the eggs may represent Moth and Hawk. And the cracked/dead one? Tadpole.

if i had a nickel for every time a clan leader fell in love with a non-clan cat and were gay, and had to separate at the end, having the clan leader have some sort of connection to the non-clan cat’s kit, i’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot, but weird it happened twice.

This was just.... a work of art. Interestingly enough, the Tigerstar and Sasha mangas were my introduction to the Warriors world, before I even read Into the Wild! Even if they weren’t all that fantastic, I still have a soft spot for Shasta and I really appreciate maps that take the time to address a bit of her. The voice actors were fantastic and the lines and voices for both reflected their personalities perfectly, especially Sasha’s. The background music is also wonderful. Thank you for this, everyone who took part!

As soon as Sasha asked them to not be like their father, to not even KNOW of him I felt my heart break thanks to me knowing how Hawkfrost turned out.. Sasha left them there expecting their lives to be better but in all honesty it became ten times worse. Hawkfrost died at the paws of his own brother, Mothwing was manipulated and lost all faith in starclan and when she found out she couldn't believe they let all the terrible things that happen, happen. But anyways this was amazing.
