The original ep is better
I greatly enjoy all the reissued versions as much, if not more than the original versions. It's really a matter of preference in my opinion. I really enjoy David's screams more than anyone else in the band, and I like how most of the reissued versions feel instrumentally heavier to accompany his deeper vocals.

Earl Tan Andy's voice is better but the screams (I forgot who his name is) is... well, I prefer Andy's since his screams sounds more like death or black metal growls and those sounds better, to my ears at least. I've never been too fond of the new guy's kind of scream. I avoid them most of the time lol.
But well, what does it matter anyway. It's a good music.

Everyone is complaining about this re-release but I rathr like it, not ALL of it but most of it is just better, and sounds more experienced and not as 'newbie'
I've been hoping this would happen xD this band is amazing, I loved the EP, and they are so good at incorporating electronics to their music.

One of my favorite songs
The quality is so much better,the singing is alot more mellowed out than trying to sing as high as possible for the studio but i prefer this because its more true,the screams are as good as always and just they've generally done a good job at this reissue its a clean slate. That's my opinion, good job guys!

I really hope the new album does what they do in their live shows, where Dave and Andy both scream in sync, and they both sing, i know Andy the singer and Dave's the screamer, but both sound great swapped.

For everyone saying that this is shit and Andy doesn't sound the same... Look, if he sounded exactly the same, there would be no reason for a re-issue (which if you listen to Lead Me Out of the Dark.. You know he still got it). Besides, this is great for people that haven't got lucky enough to hear CTE yet and can now buy them both the EP and full album for only $10... Also, this means they are definitely going to play the songs in Concert with Dave the Sickest screamer out there. This shit is refreshing and CTE is and will always be the best. (In My Opinion)
They didn't re-record Lead Me Out of the Dark. Other than that I agree with your comment.

Wake Me Up is the song that got me into Crown The Empire.
I think this version is A LOT better than the original because the electronics sound better, Andrew's voice sounds a lot better, and the screams on this version are gold. This is probably my favorite song off of the Reissue

The originals with bad quality still sound better than these remakes.
Anything about these new versions are great, everything about the EP is great. Nothing was done wrong either way. Auto tune made a good thing in the first but hearing no auto tune was also great. Honestly the only one I wish they disnt try to redo is Voices
