Is it not cute in general to do tea parties? Especially with person you once feared. Or not even really a person, a mirage of your mind. Being friends with yourself is nice. Being nice to yourself, respecting yourself. It's nice to have the acceptance come from within.

Of course I questioned it when i saw how happy other kids were with their parents," they say pausing to take a quick sip of their tea.
Me: "Hmm, so it never crossed your mind that the thins happening to you weren't...normal."
Eerie nodded.
Me: "When did you begin to realize that what was going on wasnt normal?"
Eerie: "...I was ten. The same day my father made me bleed and burn was the day i realized how much trouble I was in, how badly i needed to get away in order to live."
Me: "And you told me you ran away correct?"
*Eerie once again, nods*
Me: When exactly was that? How old were you? What happened after?"
Eerie: "I was thirteen and after I ran away, I lived out on the streets for a few years and that when I met him."
They begin to sink into their chair.
Me: "Who might that have been?"
Eerie looks up "The devil. I meet him and he showed me such beautiful things, told me he could give me the world and for sometime he did... and then things became bad and I was five, and six, and seven, and eight- all over again. Hiding, cowering... I was twenty when i felt myself changing, my heart felt cold and then, I died. Just like that I became this dark mass a hollwed out shell of myself and I just want to be who i was when i was alive before eerything happend, when i was happy."
Me: "And when where you the most happiest, Eerie?"
Eerie: "When I was on the streets. As bad as it sounds, i felt free, met good people, learned alot about life and I want that back I want to look and feel like im alive again even if im not."
*I nod setting my cup down*
Me:"That's what we're here for. Im here to help you and youre here to help yourself. We're going to get you back to the way you where and is going to be a hard journey but... I know you can do it."

I didn't mean to click on this and it scared the shit out of me. But then I recognized daisy bell and couldn't help but sing along.
I tried sleeping to this and had CRAZY dreams. I forgot what they were about per usual but they had an interesting vibe, I remember.
Have you tried writing them down? If you get into habit of doing so you must do it as you wake up. After like half an hour they will fade. Be sure to write them daily, other wise you won't recall as well later on down the line. Something I have noticed is things I read through out the day seem to influence my dreams the following night ( even if I'm reading in an abstract since - think like playing a more complicated sudoku or some other activity that takes heavy cerebral thinking). Nothing will happen all of the sudden, mind you, as this is like exercise and this hobby isn't for everyone. One author I can recommend from experience for influence over your dreams is HP Lovecraft; if you aren't much of a reader start with his earliest works. Everything from good ol' Howard from before 1919 should be easy, but the stories he his known weren't written until much later. Lovecraft's writings are old enough to be in the public domain, so you can freely read all of his works legally online. If you desire well seasoned dreams be sure to read daily, some stories several times over. I'm sure other authors will do similar/equivocal things, so if his stories aren't particularly jiving with you then look elsewhere in the catalogs of public domain authors. Writing down your dreams can be awesome; it's a hobby I recommend full heartedly.
@@billythe11thdimensionalhobo very interesting fr. only if don't become real because i cant have normal dreams (strange things, surreal situations, sexual tension, cool staff), always had realistic ones, like things that actually can happen related with familiar places, such things somehow happend otherwise can be and feel drastically real, i,m not put too much iinto it but is just curious how i feel pain estimulations or even worse death, well mostly the feeling of being near to death, i never died on a dream, i was close on a real life situation and was the same sitution in the dream, well i expectinc whatever happend i'm gonna be well, i can only hope :)
i had sleep paralysis when i was 4-5ish. it wasnt a figure, like i usually hear of when people talk about sleep paralysis demons. it was just an arm and it grabbed my wrist and started to pull me under the bed. i never came off the bed, it was just never ending pulling. i still remember how it felt. it hurt, as youd expect if something was pulling on your arm with all its strength. it felt like it was trying to pull my arm off. when i tried to open my eyes, i couldn’t wake up. to this day im still scared of the edges of beds and corners i cant see around. this was almost 13 years ago.
Was you getting fed with lies about stuff under bed too? I don't even really know why adults did that. I was being told of a wolf biting side if I have no blanket (okay now that I think about it, it's probably so kids will keep the blanket on)

Does anyone else ever get stuck in a sleep paralysis loop? If I dont physically sit up fron bed after getting sleep paralysis I get stuck slipping back into it over and over and over. I swear one time I was stuck in it for what felt like an eternity, but I had not one but several shadow people keeping me company
I just wanna talk for a minute. This is so nice. I finally have someone to talk to. This is what I desire. Simply to sit with tea and talk to someone who listens and won't tell anyone or say anything rude. I feel much better after sitting here and talking to him with some nice music. At least he listens. No one else will.
Yea... You will always listen to yourself. Just let yourself. There is so much stigma on talking to yourself, but it really helps a lot to say it all out, and you will be able to analyze it, too. You will always be alone in your life. Most of life. You can't live unresolved, waiting to be resolved, to be listened, forever. It will go longer and longer. Just open your mind to your own words. People will go, and you will be alone. It's better when you are the therapy to yourself. Though, maybe even you won't always be there. It takes some concentration to start listening, or talking. It's so much more convenient to trauma dump as a distraction, in a place, where you are meant to talk, but no one will hear. I love doing it here, on RUclips. The only real reason I click on these playlists, to talk to myself, to see everything I say written.

Thank you for making this video. It's going to sound strange to some, but ever since I found this video months ago, I have been using it to calm down. i had these horrible dreams around April, it was about me suddenly swimming with some fairies (something like that) and i noticed something huge (giant fish??) coming out from somewhere, I then remember VIVIDLY that i kept trying to open my eyes, but couldn't and it felt like someone was trying to make me sleep forcefully. I also felt someone or something holding my right hand that was under my pillow, telling me "Come back" or "You're okay" i don't really remember but i know someone or something was holding my hand because i tend to sleep with my right arm out.
Then the next night (i wanna say the 28th) I suddenly fell down in water again and i tried waking up again, when all of the sudden i felt that same hand again just caressing my hand, i kept asking "who are you, tell me who you are" but they wouldn't or couldn't reply. It was strange too because it was terrified of who was touching my hand, but at the same time it felt comforting. The hand felt like my grandma's hand (she passed away when i was starting in sophomore year, im a Junior now.)
this playlist be making me think so many things about nights. Like what if my demon ended up doing this w/ my corpse and pretend that I'm still alive.

I remember once having a dream where I woke up and was walking through my room to grab something and something that looked like a black shadow of a human silhouette pushed me down, and it just kinda held me down on the floor with it's foot on my back even after I started crying from fear and the pain, and eventually when I was able to wake up I noticed tear stains on my cheeks and my back hurt like hell, like if someone had been pinning me down or hitting me. Not the first time I've had something like that happen either, like once I had a dream where I was in an unfamiliar room and couldn't move because the same shadowy figure was holding me down to the mattress by my back with sharp claws and when I woke up I had scratch marks on my back where I can't even reach.
TLDR: my dreams are fucked and I think I have a demon that's been haunting me for quite a while :)

I used to have sleep paralysis, now it has morphed into hyperlucid nightmares. I dont have them often though. I've learned to manage them and my brain gave up trying to scare me most of the time
I think I had sleep paralysis for the first time a while back. I’m not sure what it was. It scared me. I don’t remember much. I was stuck laying on my stomach with my arms above me under my pillow. I couldn’t move. It felt like I want looking through my eyes but like I was watching myself. I felt something looming over me. Behind me. I couldn’t see it but I knew it was there. I had a feeling it looked like my sister I share a room with. But just different. Creepier. More disturbing. I wanted to move so bad but I just couldn’t. Then suddenly I would violently shake. Like the kind of shake that would wake you up when you feel like you’re falling. But I didn’t wake up. I would just go back to the same position I was in. It happened around 2 or 3 more times before I actually woke up. I haven’t told anyone about it. This sort of thing has never happened before and it really scared me. Please if anyone has answers, please help.
Yeah, that’s most likely just a sleep paralysis. Don’t worry about it very much, it can happen sometimes!
I wouldn't put too much thought into it, a lot of people experience sleep paralysis at some point. I think it's the brain preparing for the worst scenario, sleeping puts you in a vulnerable state and back during the hunter gatherer time period we'd have to watch out for natural predators like large cats or wolves sneaking up on us or even other people out in the wild. Our state of living has changed but our natural programming barely has if at all.

Oh I know that place, I visit it in my dreams whenever my source of stress is from going to a specific place, like school and work, though it was a lot bigger and way more empty! Also my sleep paralysis demon friend typically set it up as a game-like experience, and the second time I was there I made it my goal to see how far I can go into the labyrinth before getting caught by whatever character it was that time or waking up, and the chaser character and boss character is different every time I go there, it's so fun! And I think my high score was in the fourties, but I got that high score when I was around 7 so I did kinda forget the number!
