The Cali pad is so rad. I felt that when he said “there’s a lot of history here”. I swear I grew up watching it in all the fmx videos as a kid. Respect to Brian Deegan for putting this beautiful pad on the side and putting his kids and their career’s first.

I could listen to Brain talk for hours on end. His whole story is very interesting and hearing how he appreciates it still is refreshing. Brian is not afraid of hard work and sacrifice, and it has paid off for him and his family. You can see it has rubbed off on Haiden and Hailey as well. I wish continued success to the Deegan's and thanks for taking us on along for the ride.

This could be the most Marisa camera time ever. I couldn't imagine all that that lady has seen and been such a supporting part of. What is the saying? "Behind every great man is a strong woman." To be a fly on the wall hearing all the conversations Marissa has had with Brian throughout the years would only give more insight to where this family has been and what they have been through. You know she is always right there in the background, keeping the family grounded and most likely a huge part of the backbone of where they have come from and maybe one of the largest, if not the largest leaders of where the family is today. Great men have many attributes that make them providers, but too often the support of a strong woman is overlooked. A factor of humbleness is not to toot your own horn, but Marisa has no doubt been a huge, huge part of where this family has come from and where they are today. I could only imagine the stories she could tell. I bet many of the stories she could tell, she would be the main character that helped her family preserve and survive through them. I have no doubt she has been a large part of keeping this family grounded, moving forward, healthy and safe. A strong woman is a provider in many ways that she may not even realize herself. Give it up for Momma Deegan.

I wonder how many subscribers, like myself, first came across the Deegans channel during the COVID shutdown when they began doing live daily videos. I don't remember how I first found the channel but I assume it came up through the algorithm. Knew of Brian through the xgames and also before as several of my friends used to race with him in motocross in the nineties. Their live videos gave a beautiful insight into their family. The lives showed the interactions between the siblings and began to show the passions, talents and paths each of them were on that got them where they are today. Such a great family unit with amazing support for each other. The Deegan legacy is growing and I can't wait to see where it goes. Thank you to all the Deegans for letting fans, and the haters see what hard work, family, faith and freedom can bring when it all works together and as one unit.

@@doglover136_ which video was that? I bet it may not have even been mentioned the man was a pastor. Brian does good things for/with good people. A huge part of success, whether in business or life in general, is surrounding yourself with others that are professionals or know more than you do and help each of you achieve more than you could alone. It is a part of being humble, but it is also a huge part of learning. Learning both for the teacher/student or business owner and employees. Many lessons in life are learned when you don't even realize you are paying attention.

Hard work it was, you were risking everything to keep a creation going, it was a new calculation, like an unknown until new tricks were performed etc, nothing but trial and error. A lot of people wont ever realise what you sacrificed in order to win, us old schoolers get it however, damn many of us looked up to you in the early days, and still do! Keep crushing it General! Similar to you, I drove to California with my dirt bike in the pickup. Didn’t know anyone in San Jose who rode. Eventually did OK in software but I was miserable. Looking back I realize I was meant to race for a few more years.
When I lived in Phoenix in the late ‘70’s the only person that gave me advice and tried to encourage me happened to be Chris Blose’s grandfather Earl. He told me I was foolish to stop racing. Funny most of the times I saw him was with my dad returning to his house to try to preach the word. He was just being kind to us.
Anyway, this video is a labor of love and I think some young people out there might really find the reason to keep going.
