Hey matt, ive been trying to use raid captain on surge and only has 60% mael's uptime on the surge because sometime its on cooldown.. is it better to replace spincutter cooldown gem to maelstorm so that i can use it more often?
@@frey5294 maelstrom cdr gem is useless. Dont worry about raid captain efficiency cuz u have to remember surge only counts for 55-60% of ur dmg so your other skills benefit from maelstrom too

you need a rage rune also to make it work, rage itself caps you.

Also rage rune procs will help, as well as synergies
