This apartment THEA is OBVIOUSLY not safe! Greystar doesn't give a F about the security of this apartment. They only care about money. This place also used to have a S E X ring back in the days when I used to live there. The cops told me this building is pretty crazy comparing to the other buildings in DTLA. Like seriously, compare to CIRCA, this place is WORST! We moved out when our lease ended. We paid them almost 8k a month during the pandemic... later we found out it was so high coz so many of the residents there were NOT paying rents during that time and we had to pay the differences, basically! This is the 2nd shooting/homicide in this building but 3rd death (that I know of)... why would you guys live here? Go across the street. Some of my neighbors moved across the street and they said it's so much better and safer in that building (it's called Beaudry i think). I'm just so glad I live near the beach now and a single house without any crazy stuff going on.. good luck to everyone who still living in this crazy hood. I loved my neighbors in this building though. Even the kid who got murdered last year was a very nice guy.. but later I found out he was a D dealer.. :( RIP..

When we moved there, it was our neighbor who knows the community manager told us that the rents here are so high coz of the "no rent during covid" thing i forgot what it was called. supposedly, the manager told my neighbor (they party together lol) that a lot of tenants there don't pay rent so that's why the rents were so high. Ok let me tell you what happened, I'm a Thea resident. - Not many "normal people" can afford rent here, so the management (Greystar) doesn't do proper background checks - 2 years ago when the first homicide happened, FBI had to come in and get rid of all the drug dealers living here - It was peaceful for a like a year, and then the management started loosening up on the background check again because they couldn't fill up the expensive apartments - Now the whole building is infested with drug dealers, so I think FBI will be back soon The management is definitely responsible for these ongoing incidents. We wouldn't have had such incidents if they ran those background checks properly

i toured this place 2 weeks ago and almost applied. this building seemed the most luxury out all of them actually
Stop inviting the usual suspects into your apartments. You don't need to have a usual suspect friend to make you feel like you're not racist.
All that security and dudes get killed? I’m sure this is what HOA is for…clearly residents not getting their moneys worth…they should demand a refund! I’d never live there!
