I believe it’s the same. The Quran app on phone, the digital document of mushaf (pdf, web Pages, images, etc), the audio recording of Quran recitation, and the physical mushaf, they’re all just mediator / media. The Quran is the content, not its media.

However, reciting Qur’an from a device vs the mushaf is not the same, right?
It's the same sister, the point is with the quran that is the words of Allah no matter where you read them from, anf not with the mushaf as papers
