It's easy to forget how much of a learned skill it is, it only feels easy because I've been doing it my whole life. I've seen someone else here on RUclips try to teach his wife how to play The Last of Us when she's never played a video game ever before. The early parts were rough because that seems to be the hardest part to teach someone: directional "joysticking." At least Angela can play Mario Kart. I have a hard time with the Switch joycons myself, but that's only because I don't own a Switch.
Loved this. The Fortnite 101 was very educational for us who don't know much about it, and Spencer is a really patient teacher! Angela and Amanda did really well for not having the muscle memory of playing games. Always gonna respect people who are comfortable enough to do something in front of people they are not trained in. (That might sound like a dig, but it's a genuine compliment). Hope they don't get TOO in to fortnite now! (And I almost just typed that as fortnight so...)

I didn't grow up with double joysticks. My younger brother tried to teach me on Halo back in the day, but I just couldn't get it then. I was much more comfortable with a mouse and keyboard or a single joystick. I finally learned playing Minecraft with my daughter. Amanda and Angela are doing awesome learning on these harder games!
