I am just enjoying your visits to all of these yarn shops! It's my favorite thing to do when I'm traveling whether for business or pleasure, I search for all needlework/yarn shops in the area. So your videos have given me several that are on my must visit list. It also enhances the yarns at the various shops which makes me more confident to use mail order to get some of the yarns you showcase. You do a great job of interviewing! And kudos to the videographer!
Another fantastic video. I loved seeing the shop and the yarn dying was so interesting. I must order some of that yarn. It is a beautiful shop and Lorri is such a smart lady. I love that she supports other businesses. I have never been to Arkansas, and want to go to this lovely shop when we get there. Great that online is available. My favorite tea is Harvey and Sons English Breakfast. I loved the shrug too.
I like how many of the yarn stores you are featuring also have an online presence so that those of us who may never be able to visit them in person can still support them.
That was such a fun video! Oh how I wish that we had a yarn shop like Arkansas Yarn Co. where I live. A whole wall of Malabrigo to boot?! (swoons) Thank goodness that back when we did have good yarn shops I built my Malabrigo (mostly sock) stash. Malabrigo has so much color variation from skein to skein within the same colorway that you really want to pick your skeins in person.
Hi Natalie and Kent, You did a great job showcasing this business and showing us how to dye your new colourway Knit Tea Natty. Very clever with the play on words with the name. The colour way is lovely. Thankyou. Take care on your travels.
loved this podcast. It was nice that Kent left in the process of yarn dying because people need to see the process of intricate this work is and appreciate the value of these yarns. I purchased a couple of your colorway. Can't wait to get it. We love all your podcasts! 😊
This colorway is so beautiful! I loved being able to see the process, and I'm so excited to start my crochet shawl with mine. Thank you Natalie and Lorri!

@arkansasyarncast I need to know the name of the shrug pattern Lorri is wearing! It's beautiful! Your shop is gorgeous as always.
This is the pattern for my shrug , I seamed it together to make it a more wearable knit. 💗Lorri
It's the Spanish Moss Wrap Pattern by Amanda Rate Cole. In case anyone else cannot see the link!

No stress! Thank you so much for subscribing 💕💕💕💕
I am so surprised Lori didn’t wear a mask. Those dyes are toxic and all that speckling could easily fly around. I do love the yarn though.
Lorri is so enthusiastic and fun! The first time I visited her store a few years ago she showed us the dye studio. So interesting! She walks the walk for supporting small business and women entrepreneurs. 💖🧶💖
Aww that’s amazing to hear! I totally agree!
Thank you so much for your kind words! Big hugs!!!!!!!💗
