I think I'm slowly getting used to recording at my desk with the mic and all, instead of with my phone on the bed haha. The secret has been wrapping myself up in an obscene amount of blankets.
This audio is a post-nightmare comfort with lots of cuddling, smooch sounds, and affirmations about being safe and having someone there for you. :)

I’m not lying when I say when you started singing I started laughing and crying for 2 reasons
1. I thought it was just so adorable and comforting
2. It reminded me of my grandfather, he passed away when I was 9 months old so I don’t remember him much but he would always sing that song to me. He was very conservative but my family tells me he was one of the sweetest people ever. This made me look at one of the only photos of me and him together
It reminded me of my adoptive mom who also passed away and it was a bit hard for me to listen
The song makes me bawl my eyes out Bc it makes me think of my dead dog I’m crying I love this song but it makes me cry ( I’m typing this while crying)

The moment you started singing, I started crying, it reminded me of simpler times when I didnt have to worry about as many things as I do now. Despite that, it was still comforting, like being wrapped in a warm blanket knowing that I'm safe
Post-nightmare comfort is my absolute favorite kind of scenario, I'm definitely going to listen to it later. I can already tell that it's going to be another great piece of work.

I needed this so much. The singing part made me start crying because it reminded me of all the family members and pets i've lost over the past few years. It's been really hard and it's still not even over. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, this really helped me.
I listened to this last night to help me calm down and fall asleep after a meltdown, fell asleep midway through and then slightly woke up when you started singing. That song reminds me of my best memories from childhood, and hearing you sing it gave me the most blissful, calming feeling ever, it was so healing. Yes me too! I sleep so much better and my dysphoria is better when I listen to him, never gone but still so much better. He is doing more than my therapist😭

My mom used to sing that song to me. that and one other. I think she got the song that was supposed to be sung for me and the song that was for my sister mixed up sometimes lol but every time I hear either song I can always hear her voice and I have to say I can never tell if it's comforting or not but ur voice definitely is so thank you.
This was the song my mother would saying to me when I felt down as a little kid.. it always makes me happy when I hear it. you made me remember a time I’d nearly forgotten and for that I thank you.^^
I have nightmares often, like so often that 82% of the times that I dream are nightmares. I can go like a week straight with nightmares and it completely ruins my ability to sleep properly. And at some points I can actually wake up from them if they scare me enough. This helped me so much and it makes me feel so amazing, I can't wait to be able to experience this in real life someday. I didn’t even have an actual nightmare- I just scared myself with psychological horror videos-
This is the second one where you have made me cry idk what it is about these videos but you get it so hard, you are my sunshine is the song my mom has dedicated to all of us and I haven’t heard this in a very long time so I immediately went into full sobbing mode but like in good way
It might be bc I’m a writer, but I can think of so many ways to make ‘you are my sunshine’ create so many awful emotions it people.
