Basically a fan animation of someone's interpretation of the Masked Fools specifically their take on a Sampo backstory. The lore of the Masked Fools always mention a Tavern as like the meeting place for them hence the setting takes place in a bar/tavern
The best part's this specific song + music video was played in a live concert, so there's a small chance Hoyo will take inspiration from it or make it canon

@@hayond656 Yeah, in the original upload they more so mirror "don't see, don't hear, don't speak" with their hands, but in the concert version (ruclips.net/video/UF3O2wOrH4w/видео.html for reference) at around 0/31 mark they look more Aha-like

world's end tavern is a masked fool gathering spot. it was both mentioned in a text log on herta space station, as well as mentioned by sampo himself...

his ability to break the 4th wall just like his god (aeon) Aha The Elation, PLUS the fact that he's not at his full power because he allowed sparkle to hide away his mask. it is a very popular theory and speculation that sampo is an EMINATOR of Aha, just like Acheron is an eminator of IX.
we are very likely to get a 5 star version of him in the future, with his Masked Fool's signiture mask back in his possession.
Imo, he could be a very terrifying eminator (in terms of potential power).

I didnt remember exactly where it says it, if it was data entrys or npc dialog from a event but they quickly mention how Sampo was intertwined with a previous supreme guardian before Cocolia and she became a mask fool just like him and died before making any change in Belebog. I think those few lines are pretty much what the MV is showing. Other than that, his backstory has a lot of unowns currently
