If you have a smart phone with a good camera, you can film with your phone and download a free editing app on your phone. I have an android, and use YouCut video editor. I believe for iPhones they use iMovie. They're pretty easy to learn.

Hello Jessa. Cold temperatures are more likely to cause your balloons to deflate rather than pop. While heat causes the air in the balloon to expand, coldness causes air to decrease. I suggest that you use air, not helium and inflate the balloons a little more to account for shrinkage (unless it's going to get hotter in the day). Hope this helps

I use 18 in, 24in, and 36in. It all depends on how full you want the garland to look
In this video I used mostly 11in and 5in and threw in some 24in and a couple 36in balloons
