Happy Wednesday from Copenhagen!👋🏼😍 What’s the worst cleaning gadget or product you’ve ever bought? 😅 And what’s your BEST cleaning tip that you swear by? Let’s share some advice (and maybe a few laughs)! 😁🎉🎉
My "worst" cleaning products would have to be kitchen/bathroom sprays that require lots of rinsing afterwards. I love being able to simply spray/dwell/wipe and be done. Same reason I love my spray mop too: make it easy and it's less of a chore! I'm also not keen on super strong scents (whether fragrance or chemical smells)... I almost passed out when I used black mould spray in our bathroom once ☠😅
The only way to keep my apartment clean is to do 15 minutes of tidying/cleaning every day. It frees up the time for bigger projects, so I’m not overwhelmed by the daily cleaning.
My best cleaning tip is to watch one of your videos to motivate me to start cleaning and give me a positive outlook. I like that your videos are chatty because I do more listening than viewing while I clean and tidy.
Have been watching your videos since way WAY back. Your feather duster on a stick era. Before editing and wearable microphones. It's been inspiring watching your growth, personal and channel. Hearing about your kids growing and graduating, your holiday traditions, and even taking us on amusement rides(loved when you shared walking around the park different times of the year )were alll very special. You made me feel okay about myself as I was, but inspired me to get up off my bahookie and do better. For me. You made me believe i deserved better,Diane. I will forever be grateful. 💚 😊
@elizabethbutler3364 I had pretty much given up trying to understand flylady, then Diane made is so much clearer. She explained everything so well. All these terms and abbreviations were flying around and I couldn't grasp what they all meant. Diane used the terms but then explained what they meant. So many lightbulb moments watching her. So many. She connected the dots and got me on board.
We live in Pasadena, California and are currently under an evacuation warning because of the fire that is ravaging our community. We'll be fine, but sadly many of our friends have already lost their homes. We're all in shock. There's nothing like a disaster to put your priorities in order. Diane, your insights from your Mum's passing have rung true---people you love and memories of time spent with them are what's really important. When this is all over, I'll be letting go of a lot of stuff that we don't really need. Like you and your husband, Diane, we're also downsizing and moving in 2025. Thanks for continuing to be a great inspiration and cheerleader.
My best cleaning tip is to follow Diane in Denmark 🎉 !!! I am an old subscriber, from when Diane's videos were voiceovers 😅. Oh boy , what a God 's sent she has been; it has totally changed my life. Even though nowadays I have things under control, I still watch her videos. She is so much fun, such a happy soul 💖
I was thinking about you today Diane. I was cleaning the kitchen stove and counters for zone. I definitely was close to 30 minutes and I said, Diane would say stop and do some self care. I worked out and meditated. We are moving my mother in law into a nursing home this afternoon so I needed some self care because the situation is very stressful. We’ve been caring for her in an apartment so it’s been a long amount of time because she has dementia.
Thank you Diane, my best cleaning tip is don’t put it down, put it away. It’s always keeps flat surfaces clean. You are almost at 100K subies…..rah rah rah 🎉🎉🎉
Yes!!! This! It took me a long time to realize it was half as much work to put things away in their place. And no time at all to find things, when they are put away properly
@ I think it is more about hanging up your clothes as you take them off, or put into wash. Put away shoes, bags etc etc. Instead of leaving things out, you put them back. But, if things belong in different rooms, I would throw them in a basket and take and unload, and load from room to room as you go.
I keep the same cleaning supplies upstairs because I tried just having one and I found if I was upstairs and my caddy was downstairs- I would get distracted instead of just going and getting the caddy. Now I keep everything i need to clean the upstairs- upstairs and everything I need to clean the downstairs- downstairs. ❤🎉🕺💃💕
I keep a cleaning caddy with supplies in each bathroom and in the kitchen. It's so easy to reach for what I need to clean up a little whenever I need to.
This may seem a silly tip, but it has made a big difference for me in not resisting emptying the dishwasher: I place all my like cutlery together when loading the utensils basket…knives, forks etc. Then when I empty it I can grab handfuls and efficiently put everything away. I also avoid stabbing myself this way.
The worst thing I ever bought was an expensive subscription to follow someone else’s cleaning plan, I never really followed through on it so it didn’t work! Shocking 😊 But now I’m seeing much better results from following Diane. My indispensable tool is my homemade cleaning solution, which I make out of one part rubbing alcohol, two parts white vinegar, 4 parts water. I then add several drops of dawn dish soap and about 15 drops of essential oil . That solution with microfiber cloths are good on any surface, including windows.
Good evening Diane and fellow you-tubers. Watching your video I realized that I haven't made my DIY all purpose cleaning soap but it's been 5 months since my sister passed away and these holidays were unbearable, thank God I have my son. For the last few weeks I am going through a phase of laziness and procrastination, I believe it has to do with grief but I do only the essentials i.e. cooking, dishes, vacuum and gazing the ceiling. I think I have to go back to your very first videos and start the daily chores all over again, I really do need the motivation. Have a great new year everybody Health and Happiness
Sorry for the loss of your sister. You're right that grief can zap our energy and make it difficult to muster up motivation for even simple tasks. May you be able to heal and progress in 2025.
I'm sorry about your sister passing. I'm sure grief is affecting you and will continue for a while. But you are so wise to see how starting at the beginning with the basics will help you get through the days. ❤
Diane, I truly understand about being overwhelmed about cleaning. I would always buy cleaning supplies, cleaning tools, and anything I thought would make my house cleaner. However, it’s been with you and the fly Lady system that I have learned it takes me being consistent and putting in the effort rather than all those cleaning supplies and tools. I want to thank you for all the years I have followed you and how you have helped me .BISOUS!
I once bought a subscription to have cleaning products sent regularly. Before I knew it I had about 3 years of cleaning supplies in my closet...I gave away sets for Christmas and cancelled the subscription :)
Not sure which brand you used but for the longest time a friend of mine tried to convince me to subscribe to Melaluca. I’m soooo grateful I never did as it would have been the same thing for myself, that I would have easily received waaaay too many products as they’re so concentrated!
I did that with Purdy and Figg. I cancelled early on though and decided to make my own version with a huge bottle of concentrate and my own oils. Way cheaper. P and F was lovely but very expensive.
Look at you with over 95,000 subscribers! Woohoo! I still have the pink dusting glove from Flylady, the microfiber purple rags I let go of, microfibers feel prickly to my skin. Love different scents and change them with the seasons, Pine for winter (my moms favorite) Apple Cider for autumn, Peony for spring and bright citrus aromas for summer.
I do have a cleaning pantry where I keep my brooms, mops and supplies, it has been simplified in the last few years while I have been using up the older single use items and not re-buying. One of my favorite tips is that you don’t have to have different cleaners for finished wood floors and ceramic tile. I use Murphy’s oil soap in my mop bucket on Weekly Home Blessing days for all of my floors. I also start mopping in the hallway, through the living room, the kitchen and then the bathroom so that my water stays as clean as possible throughout. I have it down to 10 minutes and it feels so great afterwards. Stay warm and thanks for the encouragement, Diane. 😊
Woo hooo 🎉 I’ve been following you for at least eight years I think!!! I don’t think I’ve missed a video yet!!! 🎉🎉🎉 Thank you for all the encouragement over the years! I’m certainly managing my house much better these days and I don’t get all overwhelmed and stressed anymore xxxx❤
I've been doing intermittent fasting and feel much better. I still don't have the guts to take the cold plunge but I tweak the shower to get a little experience of it. I'm so happy you will be here to help us in 2025!
Your videos are a huge bright spot in my week, they always help me! I'm taking 6 grocery bags of clothes to the thrift store this week. One in one out will be my motto going forward! ❤
Diane I wanted to say how happy I am to see your channel growth. 95K!! I think I found you during the pandemic, and the fact that so many people have found you is wonderful. You have helped so many!! Congratulations!!
I have culled the number of cleaning products I use also; it makes cleaning so much easier. A RUclipsr I watched years ago used old toothbrushes to clean hard to reach areas of the sink and toilet- she used a pink toothbrush for the sink and a blue one for the loo- I’ve done this ever since. Unfortunately, she no longer has a channel but it’s a great tool
I followed The Flylady when she first started many years ago and it helped me get out of bed in the mornings. So thank you for reminding me about her. Im looking forward to following you
Firstly, I want to recognize you for your marvelous habit of preparing for your long term goal of moving your household so far in advance that you make it easy to do a little every day. RAH, RAH, RAH. You are avoiding a potential future crisis of rushing and you are Manifesting your future of finding and creating the next home of your dreams. Well done! AUTOMATE is my word for 2025. I have a few more things I can automate for payments and deposits. I could order some specialty groceries online. AND, I need to declutter automated subscriptions. Stretching the idea, I want to fine tune my routines that have become automatic for me. Is that a"habit"? Anyways, there's room for improvement. I would like to "automate" doing a chore I dislike by noon every day, but I have not yet figured out an effective method yet. My vague idea is that in spite of setting priorities, I need to jump at least one thing up the list every day so that those low priority things get done eventually. If I can automate that process, it will be a game changer. ❤️
Best cleaning tip (frankly, life tip) is sustainability- a little every day is doable, but do too much at once and you’ll burn out! I haven’t purchased many cleaning gadgets because my family keeps gifting their old ones to me. I get to try a lot of different things that way, but usually quite practical things! 😅
The best item I have purchased is the Dyson cordless rechargeable vacuum cleaner. It comes with different attachments and also can be used as a hand held vacuum. Its great for the stairs and there aren't any cords or cannister to deal with. I don't even bother to sweep the floor anymore, I just give the floor a quick whip round with it, so easy to use and easy to empty. It is one item I would definitely repurchase.
Thank you, Diane! ❤❤❤ Hugs from Nova Scotia. As I was watching, I was reminded in my early adult years, when the cleaning aisle was my favourite aisle in any store! Always searching for the right thing to fix my home. Between you and elbow grease, I think I’ve found it! 😂
I have a counter rag, floor rag, window/mirror rag, general purpose cleaner, and window cleaner in each bathroom and kitchen. I like being able to just reach under the sink and get things done. We have pets, so I have a shark automatic vaccum (love it- only have to empty once a month) that runs every morning. The mop, broom, and upright vacuum are right off the kitchen in the garage.
Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day all purpose cleaner is an alternative for people in the United States. I love getting the seasonal scents, it motivates me to use it so that I can be ready for the next season’s scent!
Hello Diane, from cold and windy Ontario, Canada! I have followed you for years now. My house has never looked better - thank you! I do have a cleaning caddy and it works great. I inherited my mother’s steam mop and I love it! I house it in my garage off the kitchen and I find it really cleans the floors. Have a great week!
I’ve found that I can go without most cleaning products. I use Dawn dish soap, vinegar, rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide for most anything. Occasionally I will use Window cleaner. I was caught up in buying fancy cleaning supplies, but not cleaning! 😂
I wholeheartedly agree with all your viewers that have commented that the best cleaning tip has been to follow your channel ❤ I am a long time viewer and you have been changing my life in so many ways!!! Forever grateful that I found you. Your support, motivating and absolutely delightful! ❤from Canada 🇨🇦
I don't use a lot of products, but I keep them under the kitchen sink. Wow, I'm going to get a caddy! What a simple and brilliant idea. 😅😊 Thank you, Diane. You are always an inspiration. ❤
I clean mostly with vinegar but I make a homemade borax spray cleaner from a recipe I found on you tube that is amazing, especially on shower doors and floors in the shower. You don't have to buy expensive cleaners.
Found your channel looking for routines and checking out flylady system and am hooked!! Love your upbeat attitude, you are like a breath of fresh air in the winter here in the UK. Totally relate, we are the same age, am ready to do some decluttering and looking forward to going along with you on my journey. Best cleaning tip, like you have everything in one bucket
Hi Diane, I’ve been watching for a few years now. My least favorite tool I got was the first generation roomba vacuum because it would go rogue in the middle of the night and start bumping into things, eating cords, etc.. It was nuts. I know they are much better now. I can say that having an alarm on my phone that says “tidy” go off on my phone a few hrs after dinner that reminds me to start putting stuff away or finish dishes has helped me so much! Often, we clean up after dinner, but then have a snack or miss a few items.
The FlyLady rags are absolutely wonderful! I’ve had the same set for at least three years and they look like new. Just be sure to watch the washing instructions if you purchase them. You don’t want to wash them with other fabrics and you don’t want to use fabric softener on them.
I am an oldie to your channel but come and go due to illness. I am feeling overwhelmed with the back bedroom. I decluttered and put it all in there and I feel too exhausted/overwhelmed, to tackle it 😢. Regarding the worst product I ever bought - a long handled window cleaner. Pretty useless. I got rid of it and reverted back to the step ladder to reach high windows. Worst product : duck toilet cleaners, but only because my hubby keeps buying them when on sale, and I now have a wardrobe full of them 😭😂
I am that person "all the gear no idea"! A whole cupboard of single use products 😢 what holds me back? Easily distracted. I have been doing the morning and evening routines consistently since before xmas - they make me feel better but not sure there's actually any impact on the house. What i need is "an end of tenancy" style deep clean after 2years of a puppy following on from 5 years of declining health of my senior pooch. Therefore the cleaning is not like yours where you are cleaning rooms already clean. I did pay for some help last year and so all floors were steam cleaned and all windows washed inside and out and extractor hood cleaned mainly all with vinegar bicarbonate of soda and wee bit of fairy liquid. If my house were in shape I believe I could keep - I know the system well. But with no regular help i don't know when I will get there if ever! I've been trying seriously since 2019. You are cheerful to watch and I envy your clean house. Big love from Scotland ❤❤❤
Happy New Year, I’m excited for your cleaning videos. I know you have many old ones, but there are so many you end up going down that rabbit hole😂 Have a great day 🌿
I like micro fibre cloths. Sticking to my routines and using my timer are a great help to keep me on track. Plus I hear your voice telling me to get off my buhooky and just do it. Best advice ever ❤
The things I set my self up for success for my cleaning routines. Cleaning caddy. One general purpose spray for all surfaces. I have 3 cleaning products I use. Load of laundry every day. Iron every second day to keep on top of it. Spend 15 mins in the morning wipe over bathrooms. 15 mins in the evening finishing the kitchen off for the day.
Finally time to catch up! Rarara! 🎉 I keep cleaning products on a caddy in bathrooms and kitchen. Since I introduced that it is much easier to keep on top. I do not own a mop, I just use a microfibre on my knees as we have small areas. It is also easier to take on any splashes on skirting board or lower parts doors. Very minimal 😂
My top 3 tips are to declutter, use a timer and don't give up! I found your videos a year ago and the first time I tried my weekly cleaning with a timer, I felt like nothing got done and I would go over my time limit and wear myself out. After a year of getting my routines down and decluttering, I finally tried to stick to the timer again and I got all my weekly cleaning done within an hour! Amazing! Thank you for the motivation!
Diane, you have given me a new goal: to reduce my cleaning things to one caddy’s worth, plus a few specialist items. Like you, I bought a large steamer which I probably use only twice a year. It is time to reflect on whether it needs a new home!
I have way too many cleaning supplies. Natural type stuff for most days, but when there is sickness in the house, I get out the more heavy duty disinfectants and etc. Wish I knew a way to declutter my "cleaning closest." I am embarrassed to admit that I have a whole closet full of stuff!
Oh Diane 🫣 you have caught me out 😆 I have a cupboard full of cleaning supplies that I never go into. Yikes! Guess I need to do some decluttering there 😁❤
👋 I’ve been following you for a few years and you have so many good cleaning tips. Besides the timer (which really motivates me!) I also wash dishes as I cook/bake to make the clean up easier. That tip has helped me a lot. Rooting you on for 100,000 subscribers!
I've been watching your videos for several years, since before you began Dressing Your Truth. I think my main cleaning problem is that I easily feel overwhelmed by all that needs done. I also have some health issues that limit me sometimes and things can go downhill all at once. Anyway, thanks for all you do for us. You have helped me very much. My house is in much better shape than it was before I found you. I just want to take it up a notch and start cleaning it better this year.
Same re steam cleaner ! Considering I hate gadgets I got influenced, Iv Never used( just once by my friends cleaner ) as all the components drive me nuts 🥹sitting in a cupboard taking up a a whole big space 🥴🥴🥴
🇳🇱🙋When I was at primary school one of the girls of a different class/group came to us one day because she had an excellent presentation about cleaning products for different areas and purposes. At the end we could ask questions. And I remember that the teacher got mad at me, because I said: "but could 't you just use a one-for-all product" He was very severe and said to me "you were not listening" 😂😂😂 🤣 I have always kept my rebellious one-for-all philosophy since than. Although I have to admit I tried many in the past years as a grown up girl 😂😂🤣 🤔 Funny I don't have active memory of the many many presentations about sharks, stars, planets, cats, history, countries etc...this one must have obsessed me as a little girl. 😂😂🤣
I have started damp dusting with a solution of one part fabric conditioner and four parts water. Attracts the dust and keeps it down whilst making the house smell lovely.
I keep the bathroom products for my daily swish and swipe in each bathroom and I keep the products to shine my kitchen sink under the kitchen sink. I have a few other products like window cleaner and dusting supplies in my laundry room so everything is easy to grab and use. Having duplicates of the bathroom cleaners doesn’t make me spend more money because I still use the same amount and then I don’t have to carry them around the house.
I use Ecover washing up liquid ( any environmentally friendly but I like the lavender) I dilute in an old spray bottle, use on all surfaces and fantastic for cleaning the bath.
I have a cleaning caddy, after your idea, but I also find keeping a few things in each bathroom has been key for a quick "skoosh skoosh!" Thanks for the encouragement. Zone 1 task of washing down the outside of the cabinets was the zone mission today!
I keep cleaning stuff and rags in each bathrm and under kitchen sink! But planning already (so thank you) on decluttering cleaning products pairing down! 🎉
Thanks, Diane. I’m not in charge of cleaning products at home but I have things I like & I want to be more eco than my parents tend to be (no fabric conditioner; laundry net bag; dryer balls; non-toxic…). I love a tickle stick (Ken Dodd fans, are you there?) but your curly loopy thingy looks like it would be good too (& maybe more sustainable?). I’m very particular about how grubby things can get - food safe, general, the loo & anything gross/mouldy - cloths & sprays need to be separate. I know they’re not eco at all but I need rubber/plastic gloves to do anything. I know white vinegar solution/lemon water and bicarb’ are meant to be good all rounders. Drain unblocker is a must for me as I moult a lot. If I had to just use one chemical spray, it would be a food safe one. Something lint free is a must for screens, and a proper (not tea) towel for drying (eg floor after mopping, piano before putting books back on top).
Love that color on you! Your videos sure keep me motivated. Making great progress decluttering and just this morning recommended your videos to a friend.
Thanks for providing food for thought; I have lots of cleaning products under the sink but rarely use most of them. I will challenge myself to let some of them go 😊
I have so much trouble stopping 😫 I feel so, almost, obsessed with getting my house under control that I wear myself out. I KNOW that small things add up... I just keep going and going. 😵💫
@@rebekahphillips2334 listen to Diane! Take a break and treat yourself - it really helps to stop that burnout. Also if you haven’t come across Dana K White’s No Mess Decluttering definitely check that out - absolute game changer for me.
I don't use an all purpose cleaner any more. Just water and a little bit of dish washing soap in a spray bottle. Not to much foam and easy to wipe away. If you are cleaning consistantely you don't have to use special products. But I have still too much cleaning supplies. Have to downsize again 😅
Love the old sock idea. We own a Recreational Vehicle Park in Texas. I live in a 35 ft. RV. Tiny, but comfortable. I enjoy your cleaning tips. I am thinking of doing videos about doing FLYLADY in an RV. I do have the big meeting room to clean, the bathrooms, and the laundry room at the park. FLYLADY and Diane in Denmark help me keep up with all. Being almost 70 I do try and stay active. We own another business as well. My office there needs help😛. I found FLYLADY in 2000. I found you at the end of 2019. Thank you for your great positive videos.
I love cleaning! My problem is getting too many cleaners, and such! This year I’m researching and seeing what are the absolute minimum number of products I need! 😂
♥️ this video. A light weight electric bag less stick vacuum was the last disappointing and weak cleaning appliance purchased. Donated it as someone might find it helpful. Cleaning tip ~ use the spray function (if you have it) to rinse out the sides and bottom of kitchen sink each time you use it. It makes it easier and faster to do the deep clean ✔️💕🌱⏲️
Today is my home blessing day. I have my candles lit, my vacuum roomba going. I also have a caddy and bought as a Christmas present to myself the Flylady's big bundle. I love the mop and the big duster flexible wand is a game changer. We live in a dry climate and it traps all the dust. I can dust my ceiling fans with no problem. I've been wanting to get a separate timer even though the Flylady's app has one as well as the phone. But I liked your idea of a separate one. I just bought a big ladybug timer at Hobby Lobby (for those in the US) this past weekend and love it. Now I can listen to audiobooks on my phone without them being cut off😂.
I’m using up cleaners that I have and then simplifying. I’ve a ton of microfibre cloths - they’ll probably last the rest of my life! My steam mop has broken - and not from all the use it’s had either 🤦🏻♀️ My go to is now one like yours - easy to grab for kitchen spills and no trouble to carry around.
I keep a small caddy in the bathroom with the supplies I need there, and another one under the kitchen sink. There is another caddy in the storage room for cleaning supplies I use less often. I love my caddies!
Great cardi Diane! My most dreaded appliance was the Kirby vacuum my parents bought when I was a kid, as it was an absolute beast and it was my job to drag around. It fair put me off hoovering for life! I've got a cordless Dyson at the mo, but am toying with the idea of supplimenting with a Robot one....all suggestions welcome! 🤗
Same here, the Kirby was too heavy for my shoulders after awhile and so expensive too. I'm a senior and my grandma and aunts used one, my mother had a Rainbow, which I couldn't lift all the dirty water out to dump. So, now I use a cordless Dyson, a Roomba would be nice
@@lindamast2766 I got rid of my robovac … I suddenly had a vision of missing seeing a cat hairball (or worse!!) before I set it going and having to follow the route, cleaning all manner of yuck as I went 🤮 😹
I fancy that too, though soneone suggested getting a mop and vac one, but not that brand, though I cant remember which...though I'll know it when I hear it 😂
I looove my robot vacuum! (When my husband doesn’t shut it off) It runs everyday and minimizes the sweeping/vacuuming I have to do when I get to each cleaning zone. Sometimes, when my body is in pain, I’ll follow it around with the remote to make sure it gets under and behind tight areas that are too hard for me to manage with a heavy vacuum or broom and dustpan.
Thanks for the encouragement Diane, I'm still working on simplifying my cleaning, but I use all non toxic, non tested products I just have a few too many of them at the moment but I'm getting there 😀
Happy Wednesday from Copenhagen!👋🏼😍 What’s the worst cleaning gadget or product you’ve ever bought? 😅 And what’s your BEST cleaning tip that you swear by? Let’s share some advice (and maybe a few laughs)! 😁🎉🎉

That is a great one, Karen - saves those piles of clutter from building up!
Yes!!! This!
It took me a long time to realize it was half as much work to put things away in their place.
And no time at all to find things, when they are put away properly
@ I think it is more about hanging up your clothes as you take them off, or put into wash. Put away shoes, bags etc etc. Instead of leaving things out, you put them back. Our daughter does this in her kitchen and it works so well! It never occurred to me to do it 🤷 I think it's a great tip!
I've been doing that for years too. Makes unloading the dishwasher much easier and faster.
I do the same thing with cutlery. Other family members think I'm crazy, but it's so much easier to put away when clean!
Your "top of the hour" suggestion has helped me through a difficult time. Thank you.
The worst thing I ever bought was an expensive subscription to follow someone else’s cleaning plan, I never really followed through on it so it didn’t work! Shocking 😊

Whoops...I hit the send too soon. I wanted to say I am so sorry for your lost and I completely understand the feelings u r having.
I'm sorry about your sister passing. I'm sure grief is affecting you and will continue for a while. But you are so wise to see how starting at the beginning with the basics will help you get through the days. ❤
@@ΔΕΣΠΟΙΝΑΠΑΠΑΪΩΑΝΝΟΥ-β5μ so sorry to hear of your loss. Be kind to yourself - grief is an uncomfortable house mate.
thank you
Diane, I truly understand about being overwhelmed about cleaning.
Beautiful cozy sweater! Love the color!
Thanks, Cynthia - the sweater is an old favourite of mine!
Hahahaha sound like me
I did that with Purdy and Figg. I cancelled early on though and decided to make my own version with a huge bottle of concentrate and my own oils. Way cheaper. P and F was lovely but very expensive.
Yes, me too. I cancelled my P&F subscription but I could clean my house for several years with the bottles I have.
@ that’s great. I certainly didn’t find the bottles lasted anywhere near as long as they said. I’m not exactly a keen cleaner either!
I’ve been watching since 2019 I think. Definitely before the pandemic. Love your videos and that you aren’t trying to get us to buy stuff.
Thank you so much, KMac!
For people in North America, Method makes a great, fairly natural, all purpose cleaner.
Thank you!
I love your phrase, "cleaning pantry"--thinking of it that way makes it feel classy and like a privilege to have one! Thanks!
Love your videos. Really appreciate the ad-freeness. Wish I'll be as cute and energetic when I get a bit older.
Aww, THANK YOU!
Your videos are a huge bright spot in my week, they always help me! I'm taking 6 grocery bags of clothes to the thrift store this week. One in one out will be my motto going forward! ❤
Wow, that is fabulous, Jessica - hope you are having a very Type 1 Wonderful kind of day. Hugs!!
Yes, I look forward to them too! Impossible to be downhearted when Diane is with us!
Diane I wanted to say how happy I am to see your channel growth. 95K!! I think I found you during the pandemic, and the fact that so many people have found you is wonderful. You have helped so many!! Congratulations!!
I've watching you for at least five years and you always motivate me and brighten my day. I'm working on decluttering my cleaning products.
I'm so glad, Debra! 👋😃
What would I do without you! Thank you for keeping me on track!
Love your sweater. I agree that we don’t need too many cleaning products. Simple is best. ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Hi from Grimsby , UK. I have been following you for ages and lovely you keep me accountable. Keep up the good work
Thank you, Diane! I appreciate you setting such a great example of keeping your word to us and yourself!
Love your little cardigan, that colour suits me too❤
Thank you, Diane!
I use those, too! Love them. Lavender is my go-to, but I switch out the handsome by season.
Oops... hand soap.
I love the simplicity of the cleaning caddy! Happy New Year!
@@darlingantiqueco oh yes! Buying stuff but not using it is such a trap for the unwary procrastinator like me!
I recently got an extendable stick scrubbing pad and it makes cleaning the tub and shower walls so easy that I no longer mind doing it!
I’ve been watching you for years! You are always inspirational! Thank you!🎉
Hi! I’ve been with you for years from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.❤
*SUPPORTIVE !!
Love that colour of sweater ( jumper) on you, Diane!
Thank you, Roberta - it's an old favourite!
My favorite all-purpose cleaner is just water with a squirt of dish liquid.
I have to declutter my cleaning stuff. I have far too much. Thanks a lot Diane ❤
Me too!
Thank you again! No buying 👍🏻
Happy New Year, I’m excited for your cleaning videos. I know you have many old ones, but there are so many you end up going down that rabbit hole😂
Have a great day 🌿
I’ve been watching for many years, Diane. I’m always quoting you. You look so beautiful in this video - I love that colour on you
I like micro fibre cloths. Sticking to my routines and using my timer are a great help to keep me on track. Plus I hear your voice telling me to get off my buhooky and just do it. Best advice ever ❤
Ha ha, thanks, Julie!
I watch the channel from when you son was for a high school year in the US. You are always a big motivator, thanks for all your effort and inspiration
I use concentrated Mrs. Meyers. Just tablespoon or so in a spray bottle of water.
Diane you are the reason that I am finally loving my home, thank you so much and have time for myself 👍🥳
Wonderful, Margaret! 👏😃🎉🎉🎉
I love your outfit! The mint, white, and navy look so nice together.
I have a cupboard full of cleaning products but from now on will cut back on what I am buying. Thank you Diane
I will challenge myself to let some of them go 😊
Scoosh scoosh mop! Love that name 😍🤣
Always love your tips Diane❤
So glad, Cheryl - hope you're having a wonderful Wednesday!
Hi Diane your hair looks so good the way u have it in this video. The timer and probation work wonders T.Y.Take care..
I’m so glad I found your Channel Diane. I’m just so overwhelmed. Don’t know where to start. I’m such a list person. So this will definitely help me.
Hi!
I NEVER miss a video. Thank you for everything Diane.
Hi Diane! I can't clean without a timer! I go overboard and get burnt out if I do. Same here with the steam cleaner. Never again 🤭
✋🏻I have been decluttering cleaning products. I had them all over. Rounding them up and seeing what I actually use.
Good morning from Washington state. I always appreciate your videos. Thanks for sharing so many great tips with us. Fellow Type 1 🥰 Rah rah rah
Type one here too!
Oh my heavens - the gargantuan Kirby! Stuff of nightmares 😂
