I was so wrapped up in my own life that I didn't pay much attention to you...and you've moved on....now that I want to be with you, you're not here....I was a fool, and now know that, I didn't know what I had until it was gone..... A realization theme I'd say..... To me it's a song for those that need a good cry, especially for those that don't feel the holiday spirit and get the blues.. If you have never heard the Mandarin version, then you are missing out on hearing Luhan's beautiful voice also. :D In the EXO-M version of "Miracles in December" you will see that Luhan sings instead of D.O. Xiumin was the one that made it snow. Xiumin has the power to control ice/frost/snow, so anytime something has to do with these weather elements they will focus on him. In the MV we see Xiumin with the lapel pin that is shaped like EXO's album logo. He steps outside and looks up at the sky and at that moment his pin shimmers and it begins to snow. It is thought that the members' powers are tied to their emotions, so when Xiumin is sad or melancholy, he almost can't help it, and he will make it snow. Next, we see Tao stop time. Tao has the power of time control, so he is the one that turned back time and then instantly brought time back to the present again. The snow was falling in reverse at one point because Tao was rewinding time. Then we see everything pause for a second and the snow starts falling down again when he brings everything back to the present. There also was an eclipse. Eclipses affect the members' powers and it is also where they gather strength, etc. So, you will see them focus on an eclipse or something to do with the moon and sun, or other planetary phenomenon, in a lot of EXO's storyline. If you do watch it, just know that it was Xiumin’s last performance before entering the military, the first member to leave the group to enlist. These guys had literally been living together as brothers, and now one was leaving. It was hard on the entire group. It’s still hard. They are really missing Kai and Sehun. Speaking of CBX, don’t overlook this group. They have had many really good and fun songs. Ka Ching is one.
