I dont understand why did you use 100 ohm to drive the base of that transistor as well as a pull up not pull down. little math is needed. base will keep it at 0.65V when you use that as switch and 3.3V will add loading to the port pin upto (3.3-0.65)/100=26.5mA which is very poor design. It's really a bad schematic design.
