I took your advice and bought the digital slim fluffy extra. Put it too test immediately (after the initial 3 hour charge) on the mattress with the small special motorised gadget. Oh yes... I almost fainted after seeing the amount of white peppery dust that was sucked out of the mattress. In fact I almost regretted doing it because of the prospect of having to cleanse the casket/bin and the filter. But all is well after watching and rewatching your video on how to remove the casket. Thank you for the informative video. And I must add the machine is a dream.
Hello, does hair get tangled on the softroller brush? If so, how do you manage? Can you share long term performance of the Dyson Digital Slim Fluffy? Thank you!
I like this video so much. the review is so comprehensive. You did a good job , thank you for the knowledge you give me. Just a feedback to improve, if you can tweak your voice tone to a little bit more persuasive (than monotone), that would be much better. :-)
@Jayce Ooi Hi there, great video you have..the simplest and best i've found. Need to ask, in another comment said you still choose Digital even if its bit harder to take out all the tangled hair and dust... is it always been like that? or Does V8 slim fluffy+ also stuck like digital? cause i'd love to buy the Digital, but still seeing V8 slim is easier to push out all the dust&hair tangled. Still cant make decision. Help me =)
Yes, most of the time if you didn't empty dustbin sooner. More rubbish and hair will make it tangled. V8 does perform better than Digital Slim when removing dust. Does not stuck because V8 dustbin is bigger.
Hey there good detailed review, wanna ask besides the tools differences for their Digital Slim Fluffy Extra and Digital Slim Fluffy Pro, who do you think best suited for which package? The Fluffy Pro is more expensive but lack of the reach under tool & quick release up top adapter. Wanna know your opinion on this
@@jayceooi Thanks for the reply! Yah I thought of the structure of Malaysians house, Fluffy Extra's tools is more suitable, just that the wall mount .... @@jayceooi thanks. I already did but it’s still not clear to me the advantage of one over the other. Who is the V8 fluffy or Digital for? Can they replace my existing corded vacuum cleaner? It charges faster. Same run time. All batteries get bad after years. Depending how you use it... Just claim for warranty if your battery started to lose run time.

*9:30** Hi. I would like to ask how many airwatts does the medium mode create? I can't find this info online (boost mode creates 100aw but it lasts only 5 minutes)*
@@jayceooi *thabk you a lot. I have asked the seller on Lazada but they don't even know. May i ask if the Medium mode on the Dyson Slim fluffy is enough for you to use or is it too weak? Do you have to switch to the Boost mode often?*
For Slim Fluffy Cleaner Head, boost mode is preferred. By the way, you can use Mini Motorised Tool as the carpet head replacement. Smaller cleaning area but you can use med mode then. =D
I bought this dyson slim and fluffy because of this video and it garbage. It is small and light and absolutely useless. The suction is not as strong as regular sized Dyson vaccum cleaners. But worst of all, its too small and everything gets stuck and blocks the holes, both in the roller and in the cannister. It can not handle chips, pretzels, popcorn or any snacks. Anything bigger than a pea gets stuck and blocks everything else from going in and causes anything vaccumed up to fall out. If you have anything on your floor besides dust, do not buy this vaccum.

Slim Fluffy Head is not meant for carpets. You need V11 Absolute+ with High Torque Cleaner head for carpets.
@@jayceooi I see. Is it possible to buy the Torque Cleaner or Direct Drive heads as additional accessory? The V11 is ridiculously expensive!
