Great video. Just subscribed. Atlanta is a really good looking city. I love the separate skylines. I’ve read all the comments and there certainly are some silly cream puff wars about size comparison with LA Houston etc. I like Atlanta’s skyline(s) more than both of those cities. I know it’s just all personal preferences, which is fine. My top 5 in the US are NY-Chicago-Seattle-Atlanta-Boston. All for my own personal reasons.
Thanks for subscribing! I appreciate the views. My Top 5 personal esthetic preferences are Chicago, Seattle, NYC, ATL, Philadelphia. In general, I stay away from the subjective arguments concerning skylines and only present objective data in the skyline metrics videos.
@@TheSkylineKing looks like we think alike in the USA skyline aesthetic. I wish my city (Portland) was a little more willing to build taller. It’s improving though, and we have 5 tall cascade mountain peaks along with the skyline, which is unique. When I want tall, Seattle is a 3 hour drive north!
@Moon Shine LA is great but it is not known for its skyline. The skyline is bad and it has barely changed in the last 30 years. New York and Chicago are on a different league. Atlanta can be compared with Miami and Houston.
@Moon Shine Not an LA or a NYC no, but it’s the hub city for the whole southeastern US. And has the busiest airport in the country; which says a lot about the economy etc of the greater Atlanta metropolitan area.
Amazingly beautiful. I am new here and watched your video for the first time. I enjoyed watching very much that I would want to watch more. So I sub. Fully watched. Keep up your great work.
@@TheSkylineKing I am looking for a short video to use on my site that shows views of Atlanta skyline. Starting from the 12-13 mark on this video with downtown till about the 1:20 mark and then just the tree line shots would be interesting with a focus on Piedmont Park/Lake Clara Meer. King and Queen can be in there but not first. I dont really need any word comments except to perhaps start with Atlanta, GA at mark 14 or so but without the other word comments. Any interest in supplying something like that I could use as a background and what would you charge? Length is not important. Call if you prefer. Just google atlanta real estate brokers ... thanks Pat

I remember seeing a thread on google of all the southern skylines comparison And obviously Houston won it which shouldn’t be much of a surprise ,However I remember one comment saying If Atl skyline wasn’t so spread out it would be considered world class And I couldn’t help but laugh to myself Cuz if thts all they thought it took for Atlanta skyline to be world class then they were sadly mistaken,And it’s not even close Cuz Atlanta skyline needs alot more then just density to even be considered world class I mean just think abt it wht does all world class skylines have in common? If you thought “HEIGHT” then your right,Which Atlanta drastically lacks in Houston,NYC,Chicago,Miami,Paris,Singapore, Dubai,Shanghai etc skylines are all world class, imposing && power houses,Unlike Atl,So srry but Atlanta could never sit at the table or even be part of the conversation w/ these cities Though the option of hosting && concierge is always available!!!
the only "world class" skylines in the US is NYC and Chicago..neither Miami (too gappy) or Houston (small downtown, and the rest too spread out) or any other US skyline make the list. Your apology is excepted
@@Nclux LA has separate multiple skylines which are designed not to connect to each other while Atlanta plans to connect all its skylines into one in the future, so I think LA's skyline cannot be called sprawled out that is similar to Houston's
@Orlando Nunez You might want to check your facts. Atlanta's metropolitan area is over 8000 sq miles while LA's is under 5000 sq miles (not to mention LA has a much larger population). Atlanta's urbanized area is 2600 sq miles while LA's is 1700. Population density in the metro area is ~650 people per square mile in Atlanta while it is ~2250 people per square mile for LA. Sorry. I also don't know why you're talking about it as a bragging right when it's really a bad thing.
Beautifully done. I love to find other people who appreciate this beautiful city.
much appreciated.. thanks for taking the time to view!
This was an incredible video! Really loved how you made sure to incorporate the importance of trees in our city. Really makes Atlanta unique 🙂

Absolutely stunning - would love to see a video on natural wonders outside of Atlanta especially in the Northeast Georgia area.

Outstanding. Buckhead has a bigger skyline than many well-known cities. Atlanta is a "City in a Forest" to a large degree.
Much appreciated. Thanks for viewing!
Name those cities.
The Los Angeles of the South. That’s what downtown Atlanta reminds me of.

The skyline and the core of Atlanta is much better than that of LA.
